This gym has real quality weights. The plates weight 45lbs on the dot. Everything is neat, clean and organized. Weights are in order and properly racked. They really care about the quality of their equipment. The best part of Xtreme fitness is the owner, you walk in and feel like you are with family. The experience here is unique and cannot be found elsewhere. I strongly recommend this gym.

Friendly staff, offer good services, open space to do what you want. Easy going and fun. A bit run down but who cares, overall offers everything you need. Good indoor pool. Sauna. Open matt area. Boxing, gymnastics, etc. Plus they play good music!

evening reception not friendly ! always in a bad mood as he's forced to work .. rood members evening times screaming /swearing !, early mornings reception is the best

It's a great place. Lots of parking and easy to access. Tasso is always smiling and welcoming. It's the place for fitness in the West Island, Saraguay, or even easily accessible from Cartierville or Laval
