First time here, was offered a tour of the gym as well as a one week free trial, which was quite unexpected.nThe staff at the gym were quite warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable.nThe gym was equipped with everything I needed, from specific machines to free weights to barbell to cardio, and heavy lifting areas.nThe locker rooms were generic, with 3 showers. Definitely not enough at peak hours. And there are no soap dispensers in the showers. The locker room could have been cleaner.nSauna was a nice, included touch.nThe gym area appeared quite clean, most members were disinfecting their equipment after use, and there was often staff passing by to clean the floors.nThe counter is stocked with a few energy drinks, protein shakes, and hydration drinks.nOverall, I would certainly recommend a membership here considering the price and amenities.
The ABSOLUTE best gym staff in the west islandnI want to particularly highlight an employee by the name of India Sky. Not only does she have a warm and welcoming smile, she's is on point with customers service and just an all around fun employee to talk to before an amazing workout. I honestly do not believe I would have remained at this gym if it wasn't for her motivation and service. BIG love and respect to the whole team and thx you for making my time at the GYM memorable and fun always. It's needed as a great outlet and the need for self care after a long day at and/or before work nn
Some machines tend to be out of service quite often like the hamstring machine but there’s a good variety of equipment. As for the staff, they’re all pleasant people, the girls that work there are amazing, always helpful. Ventilation could be better but overall, it’s a good gym.
Many machines in this gym are often BROKEN, with repairs taking MONTHS. The ONLY seated leg curl machine was out from July to November 2024, broke again in December, and remains unusable as of January 2025, with no repair timeline—highly unprofessional. The prone leg curl machine is poorly designed and ineffective, and overcrowding has worsened. I lost my hamstring gains because of that and I have addressed the staff multiples times about it. Additionally, the stairs are hazardous with puddles left uncleaned, and the air conditioning fails in summer. The gym urgently needs faster repairs and a second seated leg curl machine.nnI'm very close to cancelling my membership and joining another gym. A better gym.nnMoral of the story: Don't choose Buzzfit if you're planning to take your fitness journey seriously.
The staff at Buzzfit are the most warm and welcoming bunch I've had the pleasure of seeing everyday now for about 2 years. I love them all so much because they are kind considerate, and super friendly. If you're looking for a gym , trust me this is the best fit Cheers to Roudy, Chris, Khaled, Jamal and the rest of the team
