It was great working with Al's wife Colleen when we purchased our new sofa. Very nice lady. As long as I don't have to deal with Al, he doesn't seem to have very good people skills.

Been buying furniture from them for 30yrs great people, high quality products and great follow-up service.

We purchased our Leather Craft furniture here about 5 years ago and dealt with Al who was patient, informative, and friendly. Tofay we had the pleasure of dealing with Colleen who was equally knowledgeable, sincere, and outgoing. We purchased a La-Z-Boy recliner and got better service, a better price, and a much, much better guarantee than offered by the local La-Z-Boy warehouse. You really can't beat the service, and the bonus is they are local and family owned. We are definitely customers for life!

We have purchased furniture at XL a number of times and have always had a great experience. Both Al and Colleen have excellent knowledge of their products and never "push" you to buy. Every time we have been there they spent a lot of time with us showing us all the different elements to consider regarding both the product and our needs. The quality of the products are excellent. If you consider materials and construction methods you will see the difference. After sales service is outstanding. You can tell Colleen and Al take great pride in their store and want to have happy customers.

I stop in every couple of years to buy "lifetime" furniture; the stuff I plan to keep forever and know will last. The staff at XL furniture are always very friendly, patient and helpful. Anything you buy comes with a warranty for as long as you own it. I did have to call to warranty a sectional and they fixed it up no problem. Looking forward to go back.

They donate old pieces to local charity Great selection of quality Canadian-made furniture! I live in an older home with narrow doors so it was a challenging job for the movers. On the day of the move, Al came to my house to ensure everything went smoothly. Service above and beyond the call of duty - on his day off!!! I am a new mom. I purchased my nursery chair from this location. It is amazing and there were so many options. The service at the store was the best I have received in a long time. It is family run which is rare and so nice to see. Due to Covid my chair would not arrive before my baby was born. XL furniture delivered me a loaner chair at no cost so I had a rocker in the nursery when my baby was born. They also kept me updated on my order throughout. 100 percent recommend. Awesome! You can’t find service like that anywhere else.

XL Furniture goes above and beyond any other furniture store I have shopped at. They are a locally owned family business that provide amazing customer service. Al & Colleen were extremely helpful, not pushy at all. To top it off, they offer lifetime warranty for no additional costs. Highly recommend shopping at XL, will be back for future purchases! A++.

This is a real Edmonton Gem. Locally owned by 3rd generation furniture vendors. Service is great, and they stock an amazing variety of product.

We purchased furniture for our new place in 2012 from XL Furniture. Warranty is great! After 8 years we were having issues with our recliner. They investigated the issue, picked up the recliner for repair and retuned it the next day. We highly recommend XL Furniture.
