We ordered two arm chairs and dealt with Shelley. The store had a variety of styles for us to choose and a multitude of fabric colors / quality. We confirmed our selections and placed the order which we expected in 6-7 months. Shelley committed to keep us posted on the order status and she was very diligent to do this. The good news...the chairs arrived ~3 months after we placed the order. We are very pleased with the McElheran's service and quality of the product.
Great customer service. After a lot of comparative shopping, I had a member of McElheran’s team come to my condo to look at my space and prepare a design layout. They helped me select my pieces and fabrics from their large showroom of high quality furniture. Shelley Cronin and Jeff McElheran were very knowledgeable and helpful. My new home looks beautiful and every piece of furniture came from McElheran’s I highly recommend them.
We recently purchased the most perfect recliner for our dad from McElheran's. And we’re incredibly delighted and grateful for the guidance from Kirsti, Danielle, and the delivery team coming together as a collective to make it all possible for dad. First time shopping at McElherans, and we felt Welcomed from the time we stepped in. We were warmly greeted by Theresa, who is very knowledgeable, had great ideas, recommendations, and spent tons of time with us. Never pressuring or rushing us. I texted Theresa several times, and she promptly replied, even on her days off. That is unheard of, nowadays. The whole team bent over backyards for us, even changing our delivery date on a days notice. I would not hesitate to recommend McElherans to anyone. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Over the last 10+ years we usually go directly to McElheran’s to pick out or order furniture due to the long time satisfaction and relationship. However, if we ever go to the many other furniture stores to ‘look’, we aren’t as satisfied so naturally return to our ‘go to’ bricks n’ mortar store that we trust. Jeff and the staff are top notch. When it comes to most things we aren’t too picky, but with furniture we are very particular for quality and value price for quality – especially what you can’t see. Attention to the details of our other pieces to compliment is recognized as critical at McElheran’s. We’ve redone many rooms.
I have made many purchases over a nine year period at McElheran's, and have been very satisfied with the service they provide. Although I have acquired some excellent furniture items there, I have primarily purchased artifacts and lamps, and they always have unique and interesting ones available. I have also found their design consultants knowledgeable and helpful. They give professional and unbiased advice. In the rare instance when there was a small problem. The owner dealt with it quickly and fairly. I highly recommend McElheran's.
McElheran's has a large inventory with lots of great brands. Their sales staff are very professional and accommodating. I was assisted by Kirsti when selecting my furniture. She listened to my suggestions and offered great design advice. I am very pleased with my purchase. Would recommend.
I really enjoyed shopping at McElheran's Furniture. Their beautiful quality products could sell themselves but the staff are excellent. Working with Theresa Stobie was very helpful. Her keen eye, excellent design skills and sharp sense of color made the process of redecorating a breeze not to mention fun!
We have purchased multiple items from McElheran’s furniture for many of our homes! We have always been impressed by their friendly and very informed staff, the quality and availability of their products. We have built many custom homes for ourselves and preferred clients and McElherans is our “go-to” for design and high quality furniture!
