My wife happened to see this when leaving the Sunridge Mall parking lot, so we decided to check it out, and I'm glad I did. Super cute and chill little cafe, a little hidden since you have to walk around to the street-facing side of the building. If you are a fan of Vietnamese coffee, or strong coffees in general, this establishment will please. We tried the Afternoon coffee, roasted milk tea and the salted coffee and none disappointed. Everything was amazingly powerful and flavourful. The afternoon coffee is a less intense Vietnamese coffee, but full bodied. The roasted milk tea had nice nutty hints and a bit of brown sugar flavour. The salted coffee was amazing, the salted foam really gave the coffee heft and punch, offsetting some of the sweetness. It was quite refreshing. We also ordered some fresh pastries, a custard bun, a sesame donut and an almond croissant. The sesame donut reminded me of childhood visits to Chinatown before language school. Bouncy to the chew and a perfect dipping agent for the coffee. The custard bun was also warm and inviting, not too sweet, and a great pair with coffee. Lastly the almond croissant was one of the most crunchy, yet soft and fluffy pastries I've tried in the city. Perfect texture, and brought to the table fresh and warm. All in all an amazing place for a sit down and chill session. Will definitely be back to try some other drinks and pastries. Don't miss out, come visit, you won't regret it.
I've always loved Vietnamese coffee, so I was delighted by this hidden gem. Quite literally hidden as you have to go around back from the parking in lot to enter. I went on a Sunday afternoon and there was free congee. It was absolutely delicious! The morning coffee was amazing, giving me caffeine jitters just the way I like. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Absolutely will go again.
We came in 30 minutes before closing and we are very pleased for their hospitality : drink is awesome, food is good. We had a coconut coffee must order, a peach tea also a must order and waffles. We also wanted to try their sesame donut but they sold out - again, 30 minutes before closing, cant ask for much Their selection is very very unique, authentic and delicious! Prices reflect their quality : We wish to stay longer and enjoy the ambiance.Decor was aesthetic and cozy Definitely recommend and Definitely revisit ;
This place is honestly a treasure in the NE. I love coming here to work. The space is beautiful and chill and the coffee is delicious. I tried the vanilla latte and a ginger tea and they were soo good but the best part about this place is the staff. They are so friendly and welcoming. Every time I come here I feel like a valued customer. They are not afraid to go above and beyond which is so appreciated. I had asked if I could pray in their space - not only did they allow it but they even turned the music down for me. Just the sweetest place I can’t rave about it enough.
Very unique and modern Vietnamese coffee shop! I visited on Sun afternoon, it was quite busy. I tried their ice egg coffee and an egg tart. It was my first time trying egg coffee, it came with strong Vietnamese style coffee with whipped custard like foam on top. The foam part tasted like condensed milk/ custard cream, texture was very thick and went very well with bold coffee, I recommend having a sip without mixing so that you can feel the texture. Egg tart was ok, I thought it was cool to see that they have Asian dessert at coffee shop!they even had spring rolls The shop is industrial but sophisticated, there were some people working, studying too. I’d definitely come back, next time I want to try coconut coffee.
Came here today for the first time. The coffee shop is so clean and beautiful. We tried the matcha latte and the roasted milk tea with pearl. The milk tea and egg tart was very good. We will be back to try more.Food: 5/5
I tried the iced xin chao afternoon coffee - and didn’t realize it was a Vietnamese coffee specifically. Good gosh it was delicious! It was on the pricier end, but incredibly worth it! The atmosphere was excellent! Lots of seating options! I sat up in the loft to get some work done. I didn’t buy any of the pastries, but they looked delicious and smelled wonderful. I highly recommend this spot!
You don't see many Vietnamese style cafes so this one is really interesting! I got the Afternoon coffee, which is basically a Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. The croissant I got was really good as well! Overall, a nice place to chill, eat, or do some work.
best hot chocolate ive ever had its not too sweet not too bitter just the right amount, and their egg coffee is nice too, feels like vietnam.Food: 5/5
I've tried the coconut coffee, egg coffee, and salted coffee and they're all delicious! I love that they're lightly sweet but not too much. The egg tarts and spring rolls are also really good!Food: 5/5
