Stand UP Paddling (SUP) is sweeping the world, stroke by stroke, wave by wave. It is an awesome combination of paddling and surfing where you do not NEED a wave to enjoy it. Paddleboarding offers an amazing, full body work-out and is becoming a favourite cross-training activity for skiers, snowboarders and other athletes.
Paddle boarding can be enjoyed by men and women of all ages and sizes. It is up to you whether you want to enjoy a "zen" like paddle on calm waters or an exhilarating ride on the swell of a wave.
