Dr Cliff here...CB is an amazing place to sweat it out and listen to cool music, hang with cool people..try it out, you wont regret it.
Top spin class in Toronto! The lounge and locker are maintained very well and organized. It's a great class if you're new to cycling since everyone is very friendly and encouraging. Definitely recommend to drop in a spin class as it's a good workout!
Great instructors, great music choices, always a great workout!
cyclebar has a Bigger room than SpinCo. The class size was much smaller. Great facilities like lockers and change room/bathroom, and spacious. They also have a technical aspect where your statistics are displayed on a screen at the front of the class.
Hands down my fav cycling studio in the city! Definitely worth trying out! The place is beautiful and I love the monitors on the bike and hey have some really awesome instructors! Highly recommend!!
