One of the draws to this studio is their cutting edge equipment. Their Stages Cycling SC3 bikes will e-mail immediately after class to show your power, total calories burned, RPM and miles so you can continually challenge yourself and track your progress.

Took the outdoor class on Friday, November 6th, at 12pm and it was great! The weather was perfect, the music was awesome and the ride was hard. I biked to the studio and had to walk back as my legs were jello : Hope to be back once the indoor classes will be permitted.

Torq's outdoor rides are the best thing I've done during this entire covid time -- I always loved torq but riding outside, safely, with the full spin experience, has been fun, sanity-saving and the best kind of fitness. Thank you for being so creative and making it so fun, all of you.
