Wright's Mini Storage

This company is horrible! I rented a what I thought was a working, sealed, and functioning storage unit in winter time. After the snow fall built-up in front of the unit and it was inaccessible, I asked many times to have it removed and was told that they were too short handed to get to it. After all the snow and ice was left to melt away naturally (instead of being removed responsibility) my unit flooded and froze numerous times. This of course caused many damages to my belongings. I contacted Wright Ford/Storage to ask what they were willing to do to rectify the situation, hoping maybe they would give me a month free or something since I had not received the services I had paid for the previous month. There repose was "they are not responsible for the flooding (even tho it was caused by their negligence) and if I was unhappy I could go else were." This bad example of local business here in central oregon and Write Ford obviously doesn't care about there customers or the quality of products that they are renting/selling. I hope anyone else thinks twice before bringing them there buines. (Thank you for taking the time to read)

Clean storage units, good prices, good size, the area around the units is always clean.
