Storage Central

I rented a U Box from this business. They gave me one quote and did not send a confirmation. The next week I called and someone else sent me a different quote. I arranged to have it picked up and they called me on the day preparing to deliver it. My general contractor picked it up and he asked about a tarp. They said it didn't need one. We started to load it and of course it has no tarp. They told me that I'd have to drive it back over to get the tarp. I of course didn't have a truck. They made it my issue when I paid for U Box that was sitting in the elements. Shouldn't they deliver it to me? Or at least apologize? I was raised in a family business. Since when did it become the customers problem when lousy communication occurred, not mine. Today it rained. I will never recommend this business to anyone.

Offered many different options for storage. In my case I was looking for a cheap place to park my trailer. I got an enclosed gravel lot that charged by the foot. Besides the fence and special lock there was no security. For the low price I was paying I was very satisfied.
