Went into the shop on a cold snowy rainy Saturday morning, had excellent customer service, and later that same day had 4 counter height beautiful chairs delivered to my home. Experience could not have been better! And they had some of the more unique and fun souvenirs/gifts that I have seen in Muskoka

I ordered three custom coloured Muskoka benches from the webiste, with a little help from their customer service. The benches are absolutely gorgeous and I love that there is no maintenance required, no winter storage & a great guarantee. I am thrilled with the product, the customer support & with their delivery service. Thank you Woodmill of Muskoka for all that you do! You have my recommondation & lots of praise from a very happy customer.

Great selection, responsive team, good pricing and most important of all -- exceptional service. We found some hard-to-find items here and even though we live in the GTA , Woodmill offered a fast, friendly and fair-priced delivery service right to our door. We couldn't be happier than our experience with them. Will definitely do business there again.

Great stuff but pricey.....update in response to the company's reply.....I am honestly surprised at your assumption and accusations. I gave you 4 stars and said "great stuff" which to me means I agree, you are great quality. And my comment of "pricey" is simply reflective of your price range. No comparison and no statement of not being worth it. Have you ever seen $ symbols next to restaurants to indicate expectations? In fact, I HAVE purchased from you and would consider it again despite your comments in your response

We stopped in the other day looking for a couple of "Muskoka" chairs for around the fire pit. Tracy helped us find exactly the right chairs. She is very knowledgeable. They have way more than just chairs. Great quality and selection. We highly recommend stopping in.

Been trying to get a hold of them for a few days now. Promises of calls backs that keep falling through. Clearly disinterested in my business, very disappointing and losing hope. Will update if we ever manage to solve this issue and successfully receive an order. Update: the reply from woodmill may be true however it does not excuse the multiple voicemails, emails and run around we experienced. All they had to say was “sorry” but notice it’s an excuse and rebuttal? In the end we got everything we ordered, but they made it very hard. Let’s be serious, the product is very good, the prices are fair. This review isn’t about that. This also isn’t one of those pandemic “it’s out of stock” type issues, although they was an element of the delay. The issue here is simple communication. Respond to emails, return calls, give a damn…it’s not complicated but it requires some passion about the business which i feel was lacking, or perhaps they just feel there are so few other suppliers that they just know they don’t need to be on the ball. Whatever the case, the reply feels like an excuse and yet again these folks refusing to accept any real responsibility or desire to give a good customer experience. Also check your invoices, the prices kept randomly changing between quotes.

I have seen allot of comments about price , and yes they are expensive. However they are virtually weather resistant. I bought 4 of the chairs last year , left them out all winter . They look brand new . They are sturdy and durable. The furniture will be around longer than me . When you look at price you have to include quality. Simplify stated this stuff will last you a lifetime

Bought 2 Adirondack chairs last year. Very happy with the sales lady who explained to my wife and me about the construction of the chairs. We love them and are used all the time. Would highly recommend Woodhill of Muskoka

Very satisfied with both the product and the customer service. This is high quality furniture, that was modified specifically by the carpenters in their employ, to suit the elderly residents I was shopping for. It wasn't an expense, it was an investment! Floyd.

Bought 2 wooden Muskoka chairs probably 10 years ago. They live outside year round....Muskoka winters can be brutal!! Despite that, the chairs look great! Speaks volumes about the quality of the chairs and the paint they use :-
