At no fault to the over worked and under staffed clinic for having some problems, it’s a provincial issue really.nIve been going to this clinic basically my entire life, and have had absolutely wonderful doctors here, with great and efficient services almost every single time.nWhen I could have a doctor.nnMy family doctor has changed more times than I can count in the last 10 years and makes it really difficult to get appointments.nThis time around they haven’t found a replacement, and I don’t know if they just gave up? Or what. But I’ve been without a gp for about a year lucky me that its ONLY been a year. Makes me feel I don’t deserve to complain, you know ?nnI was allowed to see the duty clinic for a number of months, but I don’t know if they extended that. As I was told you need a gp to access the duty clinic? Now with Tacoma family medicine no longer accepting walk in’s, it’s gonna have even more strain on this system.nnIf you are waiting over 20 minutes on the phone, the duty clinic has often already filled their spots for the day, and won’t schedule next day appointments. I remember having to call daily for a week straight one time.nnWenNeednMorenDoctors
I'm going to talk about my doctor nassar. I have never had such a wonderful doctor in my life. That man will do anything to help you in his office. If he can at any time. Thank you for being such a great doctor
This place is a joke! Refused to see my 4 yo at the walk in clinic because they don't take patients from his former doctor even tho he no longer has a family doctor due to him leaving the province. We live next to this walk in clinic but was turned away. My son is 4 turned out he needed antibiotics they turned away a 4 year old !!!
Twenty-seven 27 minutes of the same message that I am being thanked for my patience to wait for someone to answer my call. This is ridiculous. Surely they can get a phone system that can take my number and call me back in several hours or days!
NP Sarah Colgan is the best I've ever had. Doctors no, nurse practitioners actually care about their patients.
