I am have never met a more kind and personable dentist then Dr.Diodati. He made a very uncomfortable situation great! He also squeezed me in so I can have work done before wedding! He also has amazing staff, I had Jennifer as his dental assistant and she has the same kind personality. I would recommend Woodlawn dental to anyone. Also would suggest with their soft spoken personality would be great for children!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This establishment was given postdated checks to complete my dental work. This was not a personal check; it was made out by a reputable long-standing company in the community of Guelph. The checks covered the entire amount that was given as the estimate. All three prior visits were irksome but today, the fourth, was condemnable. I was there for my scheduled appointment when I was told that they would not be working on me. I ask to speak to the dentist but was denied by what I assume was the head receptionist. Apparently there were no more available funds because the amount that had been discussed and PAID FOR, magically double. Again I asked to speak to the dentist but was refused. The head receptionist was condescending, rude and unprofessional I asked for the manager and that was a mistake. I never thought I would have worse customer service than with that receptionist... I was wrong, the manager was worse. What angers me the most if that I was not informed of anything before I arrived! Not only was I left in excruciating pain, I took a day off work and loss my daily wages. An estimated $4000 still needed to be done (which probably would have turned into another $8000 AFTER the work was done) but I'd rather have all my teeth ripped out by a mechanic with pilers then set a foot into there again.
