We had a wonderful experience here! The staff were so friendly and the office is beautiful. My daughter is very nervous at the dentist and by the end of her appointment she was showing everyone her “sparkling teeth”.

I brought my son to this dentist as she came highly recommended and was one of the only dentists in the city who had experience with children on the autism spectrum.
Now we have to wait for test results because they decided that their patients health wasn't a priority and that they could be lazy when it came to sterilizing their equipment.
Do you know how frightening it is for a child to get blood drawn for tests? Let alone one with special needs? So angry right now.

GUELPH, Ont. – Public health officials say patients of a Guelph, Ont., dental clinic may have been exposed to hepatitis and HIV.
Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health says it’s sending letters to patients of Guelph Dental Associates who had a dental procedure done between Jan. 21, 2015 and June 21, 2017.
The letter advises patients to talk to their doctor about getting tested for hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV due to concerns that the sterilization of dental instruments was not being done properly.
It says although the risk of infection is categorized as “low” by infectious disease experts, patients are being encouraged to get tested.
Medical Officer of Health Dr. Nicola Mercer says public health received a complaint from a member of the public, inspected the clinic the following day and closed the office.
Mercer says it will be reopened when all equipment is safely sterilized according to the standards of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
“Public safety is our first priority so anyone who received a letter should speak with their doctor about getting tested,” Mercer said Friday.
****My child has to be tested for HIV, Hep A, B, & C. I think someone needs to start a class action lawsuit. Should not be allowed to re-open. Would give NEGATIVE stars if I could!

Would give no stars if possible. My daughter is was a patient here. We had no problem paying a much higher rate for a paediatric dentist, feeling like it would give her a safe and secure experience. Now we get a letter from public health saying that patients of this clinic should be tested for Hepatitis and HIV, as they weren't properly sterilizing equipment. 17 health code infractions. Closed by order of public health. When and if they reopen, please DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS DENTIST. Google it, lots of media coverage of the closure.
