Wendy's

Went to get lunch for office. Rudest manager ever. No one in drive thru I had multiple orders, had to go inside and was treated poorly because they had two people behind me. The girl taking my orders was friendly but manager sucked and didn't offer to put all my orders in big bag. I guess going to fast food is really on me, not going there again. I threw away my chicken it was so horrible. Not going to call and complain manger needs some real help with people skills.

Poor customer experience. Chicken nuggets were old, nearly room temperature. Dining inside is disgusting. The dining room is filthy. The bottom of the tray was sticky, the floors had not been swept, the table tops were not clean on a majority of the tables. There is a reason Wendy's is a ghost town when all the other restaurants are busy around dinner time.

Food and staff are terrible! Always dirty and out of napkins most of the time. If you go in after dinner burger patties are cooked ahead of time and cold and dried out and fries are cold and soggy. I've come to the point of always asking for fresh Cooked meat and when I do, the manager has an attitude! Takes forever to be waited on inside as well. None of this lends itself well with the slogan " ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH!.

stood at the counter for a solid 4 minutes waiting for someone to come take my order. various staff saw me, but kept working the drive thru window. two staff having conversation about some drama going on. I finally asked if they were only working drive through. three people called out "customer at the counter." too late, I walked out. several other choices, including Rallys/Checkers which is a less expensive version of Wendy's. will bypass this place in the future.

First, the ice machine was empty. Second, they were out of Coke. Third, they were out of pump ketchup. Fourth, they gave us the wrong dipping sauce. You might say these are petty things, but it took me back to the counter 3-4 times and then waited for someone to wait on me. The HI-C I got tasted bad. The food was good though.
