They are charging $1 per mask. Unbelievable! The only place doing this. They got pay a lot for each patient. Additional they have availability for new patients if there is a private insurance but no openings if you have husky. When a professional put the money before the good of the patient, definitely something to think about.

The doctors themselves are sweet, however the staff is rude and never seem to know what's going on. They messed up on paperwork for a blood test, so I had to wait another week before I got the results. Then I miss an appointment close to Christmas due to icy weather conditions so I didn't get to call them back for a few days to reschedule and they threatened to report to my insurance that I was a non compliant patient for not rescheduling right away. Absolutely horrible staff and no manners among them. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Been a patient for years. Usually great with routine appointments. However, told me false information that could've harmed me about interactions between my birth control and another medication. Do not trust what the reception/ nurses says off the tops of their head.

I would not recommend this place. I’ve been going here for many years and every year my appointment is canceled 4-5 times per year. I couldn’t imagine coming here while pregnant and being canceled on like this. It’s so upsetting. I feel rushed at every appointment, it feels like they don’t care or have the time the patients deserve.

Every appointment I make they cancel 2/3 days before hand and make me reschedule. Appointments are always running late. Not worth it. If there were any closer obs I definitely wouldn’t be going here.

I’ve been coming here for probably 2 years now. Dr Baxter is very kind and professional. The nurses are very helpful too. I always feel comfortable with the care i receive there

I came into this office and I was told that since I do not have a mask I need to pay a $1.00 for a mask. I am/was a patient. Why should I or anyone coming into an office should have to pay for a mask???? Shortly after the receptionist tells me that they will give me a mask this time and next time I will need to pay. I work in an doctors office and my boss has NEVER EVER told me that I have to charge the patients for masks. Today will be the last time I come here. How does this office think that this is right and then to have an attitude when someone dares to speak up for themselves

Dr. Baxter and Dr. Papov are both EXCELLENT doctors. They take the time to answer any questions, make you feel comfortable, and are both thorough. They treated me with kindness and respect, so the only reason I am giving 4 stars is due to the high difficulty in scheduling appointments.

Terrible terrible customer service from the girls at the front desks and who answer the phone. I was a new customer and when I showed up for my appointment the girl was so snotty with me saying they should have mailed me paperwork to bring but I never received anything. They almost made me reschedule after I had taken time off work to be there! Then I called for a prescription refill and they left my call on hold for 20 minutes rather then tell me I cannot get a refill that I need to come in.

Started going to this office about 6 years ago. Two of the doctors are nice and personable Durstin and Deangelis. The male doctor was very rude during one of my ultrasounds and I never saw him again after that. I also felt like Hannah the PA was quite rude today during my visit when asking me general questions and then cutting me off and saying she didn't have time during my appointment to discuss my answers. If you dont want an answer, dont ask the patient questions. Also, do not make the patient feel unwelcome or as if your time is more important than mine. I will be looking for a new office.
