I really enjoy my sessions with Kendyl. She is so caring and friendly as well as very professional. I appreciate her attentiveness as at times I have not been her only patient at the same time. She still works with me and is very attentive to my needs and sympathetic of the resulting soreness and pain. I look forward to having her help and treat me. Thank you
My husband went here for back pain. The doctor we saw was fine and seemed to know what he was talking about, but the good experience ended there. Not only did they not find the problem after the xrays and mri, no one called to tell him the results or schedule a follow up to discuss. He had to call twice to finally talk to someone. We needed to get a second opinion at a different practice, who then interpreted his mri results and told him he needs a disc replacement. Its so severe he needs surgery and no one in that office called him for a follow up? Over the phone and in person, 3 people tried telling me we needed to pay the $125 fee, even thought we met our deductible. Overall very negative experience.
Kendall is knowledgeable about which exercises are appropriate and constantly monitors how the patient responds. She is friendly while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. I am seeing steady improvement thanks to her recommendations.
If you need physical therapy or occupational therapy, I would highly recommend Litchfield Hills Orthopedic Associates. My significant other has had an excellent experience with occupational therapy for two broken arms. I have had several appointments for physical therapy for a knee replacement. Tim was excellent as he processed me for the initial evaluation and for subsequent PT sessions.
I have seen Kendyl in the past for prior surgeries that required special treatment. She was very good in the past and is still very good. She is very knowledgeable about orthopedic conditions and the recovery from orthopedic surgeries. She listens! This recovery I was also treated by a PT student that Kendayl was training, Vinnz I think that's how he spells it. He was so good and I looked forward to going to therapy! Kendayl did a super job explaining "stuff" to him and over seeing his work. I will definitely use Litchfield Hills PT again.
Think twice about EVER going to LHOA for you hands or your back. I had the wonderful experience of waking up in recovery with my shorts around my ankles like I had been roofied by Lane Spero.. No one cared or even considered it wildly inappropriate. Worst Ortho Doctor that I have ever seen! If you want to wake up like you've been roofied and then have no one care then sign up to go see Lane Spero........
He retired I'm Sad he was a pleasure to fixing my Bone's I fell and broke My hip and feamer in my left. Leg in my I wanted him to fix them but I was told he has retired Dr wish fixed It he did a awesome job
It is always such a pleasure to walk in to environment of wonderful therapists and receptionist, who are so courteous and professional. The entire staff treats me like a person and not a number. Their knowledge, patience, and understanding of my personal needs are outstanding! Highly recommend!!
Timothy was very possitive, nice and professional. He took the time to go over what physical therapy that I would need to help me heal. And he answered all of my questions. Everyone was very friendly!
Kendal’s was an amazing! Kelly has an awesome personality and very knowledgeable in her field and Lee is a no nonsense, focused on getting you feeling your best! These are the best of the best please don’t let them go anywhere. I will recommend them highly! Thank you ladies.
