The lady work in front was so rude …I only ask her how the WATER HEATER COME IN BOX OR WITHOUT BOX..because I need to transport in truck …she just don’t want to help me for that simple question…she said it not her job and just take a sit instead…this is not good customer service so sorry for her…need more educate people to work in front.

I needed a replacement cartridge for a Price Pfister kitchen faucet. Pfister's help line could not be reached after several tries. I called this Wolseley branch and they were stellar. I talked to Ben in plumbing sales. He had warranty replacement cartridges for this unit and left a couple of them at the reception desk for me - no charge. I have dealt with Wolseley in Calgary in the past and have always been very happy with them

Says your place is open til 5pm I get here at 4:30 and you say you’re closed! Maybe update your google store times, as I live rural and this isn’t a cheap drive..

Amanda moolyk helped me out so fast and that was for a part that is few and far between. She was even able to get it within a couple of days! She's 100% and very helpful

I have called this company twice now to inquire about plumbing fixtures for a commercial build. First I reached a very rude woman who was very condescending and simply wanted to pass the buck. The second woman I spoke to was nice but she never got back to me with a quote. When I called to follow up on the quote I reach a gentleman in inside sales who was again, VERY condescending. Like many of the other reviews, I was very disappointed with his customer service. Decided to take my business elsewhere

Had to buy a new hot water tank. I'm fairly knowledgeable, but don't know everything obviously. The staff here treated me with respect and made sure I had everything I needed.

Great store. The counterman was very helpful and informed me my part had lifetime warranty. No money out of pocket and a very friendly encounter. I will be back whenever I need plumbing parts.

Went in today as I suspected I needed a new thermocouple for my hot water tank. Allison greeted and welcomed me to their warehouse. She went above and beyond to find me the correct part to the model number I have though my hot water tank called for another part. I was happy to return shortly to buy more parts. Thanks Allison for cheering me up while I tackle this project. See you all again in the future!
