Stay away! Rude, abrasive and a complete liar. Double charged us for 2 motors... blaming us for shorting out a board. Manipulative and goes back on his word!

We have dealt with knight heating for 10 years. New furnace, air conditioner and now our hot water tank the service is fast efficient and comparable in price. The installers are friendly, professional, knowledgeable. They never leave a mess, and have always been careful not to damage anything. We appreciate their quality work. Thank you Lloyd

Avoid at all costs. Not a man of his word. Overcharges above initial quote. Promises deals that never happen. Goes behind Lowe’s back to offer better “deals” without going through Lowe’s. he is their installer of HVAC in Edmonton area but stealing their customers. Discount and deals never materialize. Charges way more in the end then claims he never offered what he promised. Heard from other friends who used this company after the fact and they said they would never recommend this company!!!!! Lloyd is deceitful. Seek another company..... he’s not honest. Charged $150 more than Home Depot installer for a lesser grade hot water tank with half the warranty. Damaged our vanity which he said he would reimburse us the cost of the repair. Never saw that credit on our bill. He continually lied!!!!

LLOYD came to our home after we spoke with him on installing air conditioning he was precise very professional knowledgeable. we were going to get different quotes but already having some knowledge of the cost we called him back to do the job. he and his crew were awesome the worked quickly and did an awesome job no mess was left behind. we ended up with one small problem were the fuse on our furnace blew up for lloyd he stood by his word and came back to our place to correct the problem. guy stands by his work

Knight Heating was recommended to me by my parents when my furnace started acting up in January. Lloyd came out right away diagnosed the issue and replaced the part. My furnace had also never been inspected when the previous owners installed it so he sent Jon out later to bring things up to code for the inspection. Both were friendly and left me feeling confident about the work that had been done on my furnace. I will be using Knight Heating again.

Lloyd is the best! I am grateful for him and so appreciate his care, concern, and excellent customer service. He fixed an 18 year-old furnace which had an obsolete part. Lloyd went above and beyond which I realize - he did not have to. Lloyd went to great lengths today to accommodate and provide customer satisfaction. He succeeded. I am extremely pleased. He truly cares. This is the best company, and rather than trying to sell a new furnace he repaired the old one. Highest of highest Regards to Lloyd and Knight Heating.

We bought our furnace from Knight Heating about 26 years ago. Today Dec 2nd, 2019 it wasn't going on with the thermostat. I called them and said I had a doctor's apt at noon. I could not believe he was here within half an hour. We have never had a problem with our furnace we bought from Knight Heating! John said we needed a new flame sensor. He showed it to me and it looked pretty bad. I was so happy with his service! He explained we should have it checked every 5 years along with the igniter and sometimes it needs to be replaced to save you a headache and more costs. He changed it and my furnace has been running great all day! He also advised me about the best type of filters to use to help my furnace work better and efficiently. He was so kind and knowledgeable! Great company and wonderful people that work for them. Bravo Knight Heating !!
