From the time we called that our furnace was out service was excellent. Unfortunately we had to replace they came in with heaters and explained that our unit was to old and cracked Manifold showed us. Sales went very smooth again very knowledgeable. Install was excellent and cleanest that I have ever seen. The install team showed us how to set up new thermostat for a comfortable environment. I want to thank all of you at Robs Albertan Service especially Haley for coming after hours and install team Jason and Liam for exceptional care for customers Will be recommending you all anytime See you in 1 year Kim & Guy
I had chosen robs alberta because on a day in which i had no hot water in my house due to hot water tank leaking into heater element. I had called several hvac service companies and only got a week wait for install. I called robs albertan and they asked if i can be home within 45 minutes same day. Very grateful for there help. I decided to go with robs for my new furnace install. Because of that service in my time of need and was not disappointed with my choice. Id like to thank Jordyn Knopp who was very helpful and knowledgeable about my needs and questions about a new furnace. Including my Ac unit. My original furnace was from 1974 and was likely on its way out let alone being extremely inefficient. On the day of my new furnace install i had Ben Lead, Derek Electrician and Marshall arrive to do my new replacement. During the entire roughly 10 hours it took them to replace my old furnace, install 2 new cold air returns in the basement to replace the cold air return in the roof and move my furnace switch to a more easily reached location. They also fixed and replaced my Ac drain line. They answered all my questions i asked, even when it came to asking Derek about un related furnace questions about electrical.i would recommend Robs Albertan. Jordyn, Ben, Derek and Marshall were an excellent Team from robs to deal with. Through the whole process
I have been a customer of Rob's Albertan since 1999 and have always experienced excellent customer service. I have my furnace serviced every year and have never had any issues. Their workmanship is very good. Allan was the attending technician the last few years. Allan is very personable and highly skilled. He went out of his way to show me how to properly operate the thermostate which I hadn't set correctly for my needs. Nothing but good dealing with Rob's.Service: Heating system maintenance
