Wolfe Island Bakery

Amazing Red River bread is always available. If you ask, they will let you know when they're making raisin bread and dinner rolls. Warm sticky buns are a weekend favorite. The fruit scones make a great base for a quick shortcake dessert using fresh berries. If you are looking for a quick lunch while waiting for the ferry or biking, there's a good selection of sandwiches, savory snacks, and beverages. Sadly, the bakery is a seasonal business at this time.

Great place with wonderful staff and owners. Stayed on the island for a week and visited here almost daily. Every item we tried was excellent.

Bought a sandwich and coffee while I waited for ferry, coffee was cold. I went back in for a fresh cup but had to run right back out and load my van onto the ferry. Now here is the amazing part of the story: Its pour raining and I thought I kissed by coffee away. The Bakery staff member ran my hot cup of coffee from the bake shop, onto the ferry, found me and handed me a hot cup of coffee with cream and sugar!! Well done! :) BTW the sandwich was excellent too!

Nice little bakery with tasty treats - the chocolate mint nanimo bar was excellent - would return to Wolfe island for another one :)

This place always smells delicious. Great, fresh baked goods made daily.
