Wish Washy Laundromat

The people working there, including the woman who says she's the owner are very nasty and argumentative, They practically kicked me out by shutting the lights off on me while I was folding my clothes and told me I need to get out, the employee with the owner was disrespectful and had such horrible customer service skills. My clothes were not even dry and the owner told me I will have to take them home partially wet. if The owner condones such behavior than I don't see how she holds such position. I've had numerous encounters with the woman and male employee there and every time she made me feel uncomfortable there by the way she speaks to guests. All I have asked was one question and she speaks to you like your below her and the fact that she lied and said she's never even seen me before. The male employee is nasty too children and is very rude to woman, If I could call a corporate office I would so they can know the type of service us paying guests get. But owner failed to provide me any kind of number, if they have any at all witch would answer the question why they are so comfortable treating people this way. I moved to pine Bush a year ago because of the comments on good hospitality given here but I've gotten none there! Not too mention no one is ever there in case of assistance and they only come and hour before closing to collect their undeserved earnings and be in a rush to disrespect and fowl mouth the guests out. I am a managerial status holder who knows what customer service intails and I'm amazed at the poor attitudes that work there. I will be contacting the better business B. Behind this. It's Sad. Words cannot express the way I was treated.

DO NOT GO HERE. No WiFi. No one is ever there. It’s dirty. No bathroom to use because it’s locked. Machines smell bad. No one ever answers the phone. Not sure why they have one. When there is someone she’s walking around and talking about all of her drama on her phone. Also, tonight I went to throw my clothes in the dryer at 820 and the “owner” (so she says) told me I could not throw my clothes in the dryer. How do you allow someone to wash their clothes and then deny them when they go to dry them? Seriously? What kind of customer service is that? She said I had to come back in the morning. The place closed in 40 minutes and she wouldn’t even allow me to put them in the dryer quick and fold at home. I had to leave with wet clothes. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

Just got home from here and the washer ripped 6 of my shirts and my sheet!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's what I get for spending almost 40$ here and that was just on just washing my clothes not even drying them. Came in to do laundry because washer broke. So I brought about ten buck in quarters think that would be enough to do the 2-2 washing loads I needed done...WRONGGG! Cost me $6 each so I spent $18 for three loads. That's not even with drying them! And after I loaded my stuff in I had to relocate two of my loads because the washer was not taking my quarters (but this happened AFTER I already put in about 8 quarters in each of them!! So I wasted about $5 on NOTHING ! ) and went to go find the owner who wasn't around. Like what the hell don't you take pride in any customer service? And other places aren't so expensive and they actually have people around to help you. Don't don't want this next statement to come off as rude but those who come to a laundromat might not have $40 to spend on laundry. They are people who may have apartments and have to drive her and spent a lot do get clean clothes? Or they are people like me who had to come here to do laundry because my washer/dryer broke and I have to spend ALOT of money to fix my own but I have to spend $20 on washing alone then your not around to give me my $10 that YOUR MACHINE ATE! I would rather travel elsewhere then be back here to this dump. REVIEW-NEGATIVE 5 STARS This place is expensive The staff is RUDE and never here Andddd I have had clothes stolen from the washer while I was just outside getting MORE CHANGE because of how expensive this dump is...probably because of the first two reasons the lack of staff and how rude they are. Will never come back

Bathrooms are locked. No one there to open them. Also, the dryers stink! Need to change out your filters and lint traps! Wish there was another option in this small town!
