Spin City Laundry

Go here every week with my business all year employees are rude and only time I can do laundry is night so recently the Employees have been doing hundreds of bags of laundry on the only night I can go do mine no exaggeration I mean the most laundry I've ever seen in my life they use every single washer and dryer for hours and tie up the machines and when u ask to use one washer they tell u that u have to Wait!! And are quite rude about it needless to say I've been going here for years and you would think they would let me use one washer and dryer it's crazy the amount of laundry they do all at one time.. They should close the doors if no-one else is allowed to use it...

Just tired to do my laundry here for the first time the employee was extremely rude! I asked if she had change or if there was a change machine. She then replied rudely "its right there in front of you!" I didn't see it then she got more rude! It's RIGHT there.. ok sorry I didn't see it.. then I put all my laundry into a big washer put two cups and not even a half of a cup of soap in. I start the wash and leave to return bottle come back to my wash being started over and a out of order sign on my washer. I went to ask what was wrong I Ridley get a reply shocker right. "I had to start ur wash over" I say ok then she says it's bc u put to much soap! No lady I usually put way more soap than that.. so the story goes on the blond lady is very rude! And should not be working there! I had to take my soaked cloths and take them elsewhere! This lady needs to learn how to talk to ppl!
