I was dreading mattress shopping. I'm so glad I went to Wisconsin Bedding for my first stop. It ended up being my only stop. They look small, but have a great stock. They are totally no pressure. No one ambushed me walking in. They waiting until I indicated I wanted help, but the second I did, someone was right there. The sales person was very knowledgeable, but I didn't feel like I was being sold something, just being given the information I was seeking. The sales person was so patient as I narrowed down my choices. After I picked one at a great price I noticed they had pillows and got some of those. Again, prior to me noticing, no trying to sell me a bunch of other stuff. But a question of whether I needed other things - some yes, some no. I was glad they asked and also didn't make me feel I was being "sold." They had a delivery date just a week after my purchase. So smooth - it took about 3 minutes. Delivery and taking away the old things was no additional cost. The mattress and pillows and super comfortable. I'm so happy with the entire experience.

We just had our new mattress delivered and my husband said right after, "Everything with WI Bedding went off without a hitch. I feel like that never happens with furniture stores anymore!" We built a new home last December and struggled with customer service from multiple other furniture stores in the area. Wisconsin Bedding was very upfront about lead times as soon as we walked in the door, took the time to make sure we found the right mattress for us, were very transparent about pricing and never once pressured us into making a sale. We actually told them that we wanted to shop around a bit since we had just started looking, and the gentleman who helped us was incredibly friendly and said we were welcomed back at any time. The delivery men were so friendly, professional and quick! We might have spent an extra hundred dollars than we would have elsewhere, but we loved that they are a small, family owned business and the customer service was wonderful from the start - they under-promised and over-delivered! This is our second mattress we have purchased from WI Bedding and we can honestly say that both experiences were top notch! We highly recommend them and will absolutely be back!

Great staff, no nonsense, low pressure, and I'm really happy with my mattress. I got a queen latex mattress with good edge support in February 2020 and I'm still very happy with it as I write this in March 2022. It's my favorite piece of furniture.

This place is the best place to go to I went in there last Saturday to get a bunk bed for my kids It delivered today they literally came in and put it together all by themselves didn't expect us to do a thing and it's amazing this is a wonderful company

Troy was helpful and read my needs like a book. Easy process and no bullish!t which I greatly appreciated. Left feeling like a got a deal and looking forward to the FREE DELIVERED mattress. Recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who don't make you feel pressured. Definitely my first stop when buying a mattress - probably the only one too!

The service was friendly and I got the items that I needed at a decent price. I did have to spend a little bit of time waiting for the one single staff member to get back to me, but the wait wasn't long enough to deduct a star. Just budget a few extra minutes of time if you shop here and it's worth it.

This family owned and run business was the perfect place to purchase a new Sterns and Foster mattress. Assistance from the well-informed and "no pressure" family sales staff in the mattress selection process and home delivery also from family staff was just smooth. The no-hype and fair pricing was a pleasant experience compared to other retail options in the the Madison area.

Think Yokel....buy local....a local brewery says! and this is the place to do it!! We just bought our 3rd mattress from them and the service was great. they delivered on time fast and efficient. If people want to keep these local stores open....you need to buy from them. Forgot the big box store and buy here!! Best price in town.
