I recently bought a box of six glasses from this Winners, but when I got home, I discovered there were only five inside. I took them back, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful in processing my return. This store is very accessible and useful; you can find everything from home goods and towels to electronics, shoes, and gloves. I love the vibe of this location and always enjoy shopping here! Maybe one day I can work there too. :

The staff are always polite and friendly, and the store is well-organized with noticeable improvements in product quality and variety. However, the store doesn’t feel safe. Each time I’ve visited, there has been a robbery—almost every night, seemingly by the same group of thieves. It’s concerning that there doesn’t appear to be adequate mall security to prevent these incidents or protect staff and customers. If this continues, it could negatively affect the neighborhood and attract even more criminal activity to the area.

Organization of product on the sales floor is good. Everything was very easy to look through on the shelves and walls. However the clothing racks especially in sweaters were too full and flipping through every item became impossible, I had to resort to just skimming. Staff on the sales floor didn’t interact with me at all. Stock isn’t as good as Park Royal but this location was quieter and cleaner.

Once upon a time products presented here have been presented in regular stores then at Nordstrom then and Macys then at Ross and then they end their life cycle here. Everything is grey, with minor defects or something. Not and not that cheap. So not worth your time

Price is good, must look for bargain. I bought a good lather belt for 16 usually is 50 to 60 and addidas sport gloves for 10. But I look for one hour.
