Lovely Winners. So clean and organized, even colour coordinated.nnSmaller location in my opinions so smaller sections. The toys area for kids had a lot of no name toys. Almost Temu/ Shein like toys, lots of cashiers sets, shortage of options for sure!nnBut overall really nice location.
I’m a huge winners loyal customer so it sucks I have to leave a one star for this location but I’m doing so because of the lady working the jewelry counter. Asian older lady took like a good 20-30 min to return a necklace I bought yesterday that was unworn with tags attached and receipt. She took her sweet time with me, barely acknowledged me, went back and forth doing god knows what. She helped another customer who wasn’t here before me, just basically completely ignoring me even though I was the one who called her to the jewelry counter. When she got her little machine to do the return she kept rechecking stuff, spent 10 mins looking at and touching the brand new necklace I bought yesterday? Like what are you looking for??? It’s $35. It’s not $100 item. I asked her what’s taking so long she said “it’s okay”. No it’s not okay I’m 9 months pregnant with a tired toddler with me. Please just do your job properly. Sometimes when I shop in these areas where there are predominantly white people I find I get treated like I am some sort of thief when I am doing a regular return. Why are my items being checked so thoroughly? Is it because I am a colored person? Please don’t let staff treat customers differently when it comes to returns. Where is the customer service? Honestly 0/10 service.
I love Winners but had to share this! They had a pair of shoes that you can find at Dollarama listed for $30!! I couldn’t believe my eyes!!
Big store with a great selection. Obviously if you know winners the selection and items available are always changing. Clean store and we'll organized. Sizes are all arranged. Some locations let it get out of hand but good here. Both staff members that helped me were polite and helpful. Great place to get great items at reduced prices. No idea why people pay full pop at other stores.
Felt completely unsafe in their mixed chaing rooms, I was very uncomfortable the barriers are open for men to look over top or under. Law suits waiting to hsppen. What a sick concept
