Visited HomeSense to do early Easter shopping. Bought some Easter decorations, crystal flasks, some interior decoration, Colin Justin brand crockery and pillows. They have a nice selection of Albums, various designs of indoor mirrors, rugs, furniture set, multiple bed & bath products, and apparels for men women and kids. When we went around Sunday morning it was less rush, so we were able to shop quickly and no wait time at the cashier counter. Employees are courteous and helped a get a product which we couldn’t find in the aisle. This location has more products compared to the store near to Whitby on 401.
Cashiers not very friendly. Workers are not helpful. There was no reason this company can’t do better. Like provide courtesy paper bags. This pay for a bag is horribly wrong, it gets expensive for customers and they end up in the garbage. It’s bad service to the customer, when people have to walk out with goods not nicely put in a bag. Looks bad on company tooooo. I have been provided with paper bags for my good and better service and choice elsewhere.
I absolutely love this store. Nice selection of new merchandise everyday and they have new product coming out during the day. I always find that I am looking for and a little extra. Friendly and helpful staff.
The item selection has been better but it still a good place to go shopping
Decent selection, just like most Marshalls stores. There’s a wide variety of items, and it’s great for hunting for those hidden gems. However, if you’re looking for something specific, like shorts for a trip, you might not always find what you need. Still, it’s a good spot for browsing when you have the time!
