I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an extremely poor experience during my recent visit to your store. An associate named Rozina was not only rude and unprofessional, but also falsely accused us of tampering with a price sticker—claiming it was from Dollarama. This accusation was both offensive and unfounded.nnWe expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, This experience has left us feeling humiliated and unwelcome.nnFrankly, even if I had purchased price stickers from Dollarama, does it make any sense that I would go around marking down multiple products—only to purchase just three items? That accusation was not only baseless, but insulting.nnI’ve attached photos showing the marked-down stickers in question, which were already on the items. We expect to be treated with respect when shopping, and this incident was both humiliating and unacceptable.nnI hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent future occurrences.
This store always has great deals!!! And huge markdowns!nnVery tidy! Good customer servicenI’m always here , never any problems :
Unprofessional & Rude Staff – Worst Experience EvernI honestly don’t even know where to start with this store. There’s an undercover person who seems to be trying way too hard to act in control — it’s awkward and unnecessary. Then there’s an employee named Asma, who has way too much attitude and zero customer service skills.nWhen we tried to raise our concern, the undercover person actually pulled the manager to the side and started talking trash about us right there. And instead of listening to what we had to say, the first thing the manager asked was, “Are you guys leaving?” — seriously?! That’s the level of professionalism here.nIt honestly felt like the entire staff was ganging up rather than doing their job. After hearing about other people’s bad experiences at this same location, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue — it’s a pattern.nThis says a lot about how this store is being run. Walmart really needs to look into the behavior of their staff.
Nicole in the photo centre has got to be the worst associate I’ve ever encountered.nnMy wife and I have dealt with Nicole 2 separate times.nnThe first time, she was very invasive. She stated that “I took all the baby weight from my son” “at least he doesn’t have your nose” and “somebody seems grumpy”. We had to clarify to her numerous times that I if fact was not miserable and very happy with my wife and baby. -very uncomfortable and such an unnecessary conversation that took place with a complete stranger.nnThe second time, she kept insisting that I don’t take care of my son, “run away from all the duties” and take no part in raising him until he can walk and talk. She also continuously kept going through the photos that I was printing behind the desk, since we did the 1 hour service. I do understand glancing at them now and then to make sure they’re printing correctly. But she continuouslynlooked through them while they were printing, at one time Nicole was searching through them in front of me trying to find and show me her “favourite” ones. Extremely invasive and not at all professional.nnDuring my time waiting for my photos she was also very rude to numerous customers looking for help. It was also extremely unprofessional, she rolled her eyes numerous times, sighed and seemed overall annoyed with these customers.nnIf I could give zero stars I would.
To Whom It May Concern,nnI am writing to formally express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at your Walmart location on Saturday July 19th at approximately 9’oclock PM.nDuring my visit, I was approached by a member of your security staff who accused me of attempting to steal merchandise. This accusation was not only baseless but also humiliating and deeply offensive.nnThe items in question were, in fact, personal belongings that I brought into the store with me—items I had previously purchased from Dollarama. Despite calmly explaining this to the security officer, I was subjected to an unnecessary level of scrutiny and treated as though I were guilty of theft without any supporting evidence.nnTo make matters worse, the security guard proceeded to confiscate the items and refused to return them, claiming that because the barcodes matched products in Walmart’s inventory system, they must have been stolen. This assumption is both unreasonable and inaccurate, as many retailers—including Dollarama and Walmart—often carry similar or identical products sourced from the same suppliers. Simply scanning a barcode does not constitute proof of theft, nor does it justify the seizure of personal property.nnThis experience left me feeling publicly embarrassed, targeted, and mistreated. I fully understand and respect the role of loss prevention personnel, but it is imperative that security staff exercise professionalism, discernment, and respect when interacting with customers.nnI am requesting that this incident be investigated thoroughly and that appropriate disciplinary actions be taken. I would also like a formal apology, the return or reimbursement of the items taken from me, and a clear explanation of what steps Walmart will take to ensure such situations are handled properly in the future.nnThank you for taking the time to address this serious matter. I hope to receive a prompt and respectful resolution.
