I recently visited this department store for the first time and I had a fantastic shopping experience. The store offers a wide variety of products, from clothing to home goods, and everything in between. The layout of the store is well-organized and easy to navigate, making it simple to find what you're looking for. The staffs are welcoming and very friendly making my visit even better. Overall, I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. I will definitely be returning in the future for my shopping needs.
The bathrooms here are some of the worst I’ve ever experienced at any shopping place, nevermind winners or homesense or Marshall’s. Please please deal with this. It’s atrocious and disgusting. It stinks worse than a cat litter box that hasn’t been cleaned in five months.
This is the only Winners in the lower mainland that is neat and tidy and has staff watching to ensure no one is stealing/opening products. Very good selection of clothes and other items. Highly recommend.

Well like so many places in White Rock and South Surrey now, most of the hires are foreign and can be hostile to locals and rude. There are a few Canadians who work there who are very friendly and have been great to interact with. They are representing Canadians well. On the other hand I had foreigners be outright hostile to me. I asked one foreign lady at the change rooms for a room to try the stuff I had on and with a hostile dismissive tone she pointed to a mirror outside on the main floor saying well there's a mirror. Um I wanted a private room. I guess because at least one of the items was a jacket or hat etc. So her personal opinion is no room required. There were tons of empty rooms and no one else lined up. I prefer a room. I got a room along with her attitude. Other examples of other foreign staff just watching me in a suspicious way. I'm actually a fit clean cut presentable Canadian guy, not someone who looks like he's going to do drugs in the change rooms or something, so not sure what their problems were. Maybe it is just that.
