While i was checking out in self checkout one of the sales associate gave ratings 5 on behalf of me without letting me know. When I confronted her she was extremely rude. I was amazed by Canadian customer service but today’s experience made me realize not everywhere it’s same. I hope she understand her work and do it properly without mistreating people. First of all she should learn to respect the customer.
This store is the worst walmart branch and their customer service and very rude and racist, I bought a 70$ scooter and it fell apart within the 3 month and I went to return it they refused and they were very rude who can afford to buy for their sons and daughters scooters every 3 month and if Walmart of about aware of the companies they are dealing with they do not deserve their reputation and it will be much better to pay more money from Costco and to be durable and respectful customer service who are really cares about their customers
we need a garden mower and to lift that from top we need some help. after asking for help twice no one came to help us. we poor customer service. we did wait for 30 min.
Their Great Value toilet paper is very bad quality. I do not recommend it to anyone. I couldn't leave a review on their website about it, so here it is.nnAlso, the store is usually unclean, disorganized, and a lot of stuff are out of stock.nnThey sell expired items, so make sure to check the dates. And some of their scanned prices do not match what is advertised and on sale.
Always super crowded and why aren’t all the checkouts open when there are huge lines. Plus staff are all rude. Especially pharmacy staff. Also a wrong price was labelled on an item and they refuse to honor the price. It’s the staffs fault that they stocked the item wrong. The cosmetic staff is lazy af. If a customer can’t find something, freaking walk over and help them. The reason why a customer is asking you for help is cuz they can’t find it. You weren’t even sure whether you have it or not so why are you making me go and search for it. You go with the customer, find where it is and if not, then we know it’s not in stock. Common sense….. worst Walmart I have ever been to.
