I had a great experience at Walmart thanks to a cashier named Shivam I hope I got the name right. I visited near closing time, and despite it being late, he was incredibly patient, polite, and friendly. He didn’t rush me at all and treated every customer with kindness and professionalism. Excellent customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you for making my shopping experience so pleasant!
I really don’t shop at this Walmart cuz of how disgusting it is that’s one thing but the experience made worse by Customer Service Manager name Akansha she isn’t helpful at all. Why are so arrogant Mam? If you don’t feel like working and think it’s under paid job please leave and give chance to other hard working people. Walmart please train this employee it’s a request. No one deserves to be treated disrespectfully.
Attiya provided amazing service at the till. Even though it was very busy, she was still interacting with everyone so sweetly and with a big smile. She was friendly, patient, and professional throughout the whole experience. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out

Everything from groceries to household items is available in one place at reasonable prices.nThe staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance, and checkout was smooth without long waiting times. I also liked the wide variety of products and frequent deals, which make it a good spot for everyday shopping.nThe location is very convenient, especially being inside the mall and close to transit, so it’s easy to access anytime.nOverall, a reliable and efficient store—I always find what I need here. I’ve had multiple uncomfortable experiences with an employee named Aakansha/Akanshawith no name tag at Central City Walmart. We had an argument back in 2024 or early 2025, which I already addressed with the store manager and emailed head office at the time, but since then I feel like I’ve been treated unfairly during my visitsjust cuz of this worker. Why don’t she have no name tag wears no vest? @WALMART CANADA PLEASE LOOK INTO THISnnOn several occasions, she allegedly made inappropriate comments asking if I was “high” or had taken drugs, which I found disrespectful and humiliating. I also noticed she said other associates to ignore me and CSM Karamjeet/Karamjit said if I don’t like waiting almost 30min to check/confirm price I shouldn’t be shopping here instead asked me to go somewhere else even though I showed her error in Walmart FLYER she continued to harass me making me feel unwelcome as a customer. I showed her the flyer on my phone instead of honouring the price she went to customer service made jokes with her colleagues and was on phonetaking personal phone calls??nnBecause how Akanksha acts I felt uncomfortable and concerned for my safety, I recorded part of the interaction. She also claimed she had called the police on me LOOLLL and said there was a file against me, which was alarming to hear while simply shopping. She treats everyone with the same disrespectful manner??? WownnCustomers should be treated respectfully and professionally regardless of past disagreements. I hope Walmart management looks into this situation seriously and improves how customer concerns are handled.nnShoutout to ASM Baljinder for carefully handling the situation and providing timely response.nnPeople reading this review I am posting her picture here incase if this person misbehaves please contact store manager and head office. I had enough today that’s why I had to post her online.
