Winks Eatery

Came here a couple weeks back, Great patio seating and cool place to come hang out with friends. Food was great and nice selection of cocktails! Definitely get their spinach artichoke dip when you are here! It tastes so good!!

We order here frequently. It is literally my favourite and always .. always.. again, always amazing quality and packaged perfectly and made with care, you can tell! The best thing on this menu in my opinion is the chipotle whisky wrap meal - It’s like kids with chicken fingers or nuggets, the go to meal, I could eat it daily. We have tried the snack platter, perogies, spinach and artichoke dip.. breaded cauli bites were great, too. I could list it all but just know we have enjoyed everything from here, every time. Tonight I decided to spice things up with my palette and eat a salad.. the spinach salad, chef’s kiss!!! Cranberries/walnuts/Brie/onion & grilled chicken…oh my, and that poppy seed dressing was too good. I was so full but I shoved every last bite in there. My partner had the buffalo chicken salad & loved it, he normally doesn’t even eat salad. The tortilla chips were so good, I munched a few on their own lol. Stole a bite… or two & it was delicious! I have heard great things about game nights and other great offerings Wink’s has going on and would love to go partake someday in the near future! For now, my late night cravings are catered by Wink’s and delivered by Uber. I can imagine the staff are great as when I went pre Covid I had great service and ate outside, was a lovely experience. It’s cute there, too! Good vibes! My work used to get catered lunches from time to time from here and this is what introduced me & had me hooked. Loyal for life prices are not even a concern either! I do not think anything on the menu is over priced or unfair, every aspect has always been pleasant. Will review some other menu items as I grow outside my food comfort zone and expand my horizons in not getting the same thing every time Keep doing a phenomenal job at what you do because it is appreciated & I always suggest Wink’s to everyone I know. Forgot a picture with the sauce on the second salad, this is because I was already 3/4 done my spinach salad before he even got into his & no longer cared to be presentable, I just wanted to EAT it was so delicious.

Winks is awesome! Excellent bar food, drinks and prices! The patio is surrounded by green bushes, which blocks the downtown noise, and the rock music is great! We will definitely be back again and again. My only suggestion for improvement is to increase the music volume on the patio.

Highly recommend Winks Eatery! Ordered 2 small BBQ Chicken Nachos for takeout online. The small size of nachos was a very generous portion and tasted delicious! Additionally, when I arrived to pick up the nachos the staff notified me that it was actually half-priced nachos on this day if I bought a drink, so I got my order for much less than I expected. I thought this was extremely courteous and professional of the staff as they could have just let me pay full price since that's what I expected from my online order. Will definitely be ordering from Winks again in the future.

First time in this place, I was shopping around with my boyfriend and he spotted this cozy place, very inviting and welcoming. Those nachos were exquisite, he ordered the tacos and I ordered the hamburger, which was between these thick grilled, bacon cheese sandwich bread!! Yummy but too big that I couldn't finish it. Super friendly staff and recommended!

A pulled pork burger with everything placed so far on "the side" which i didn't ask for that I can't reassemble it without grabbing pulled pork barehanded. Am I supposed to just grab the sauce covered pulled pork and put it on the burger myself, or what? On top of that, this may be the most overcooked and underseasoned burger I've ever tasted in my life. Don't waste your time at this low effort pub when there are a million alternatives downtown that actually care. This is is a pathetic attempt at eatable food and I've really never been more disappointed. You definitely lost a customer and I'll be highly reccomending to anyone in my life to never waste their time here. Absolutely Pathetic.

Love this place! I've been going here for years. The food is good, the prices are great and the atmosphere is relaxing. They usually have deal's on for each day of the week. They have an outdoor patio as well. The servers are very polite! Definitely a must try if you're downtown.

I love going to Winks and would happily recommend it to anyone! I’ve been coming here for years and it’s definitely my go-to spot. Nice selection of beer & drinks as well as lots of variety on the menu. Food always tastes great. Servers are always attentive and friendly. Nice atmosphere inside and out. The patio is great during the summer. Rock n’ Roll Bingo on Tuesday nights are a blast. Overall, 10/10! Good time and good food & beer.

I like winks they always have live music and everyone is really nice, but if you want 5 start get some mint and make me a mojito please. Update they get five stars, not because they got mint, but because their breakfast is amazing. If you haven't given it a thought you should! 10/10Food: 5/5

This is a place were everyone fits in. Weather your just out with friends or you have a business client you'd like to take for a bite to eat it's no problems! The food here is just awesome and the portions are way more then what you pay for..... Note: If you go in on a Friday or Saturday night and you have a sec. Watch the bartender, I swear he's not human as I've never seen anyone move that fast in my life.....
