After working with Mary, who i thought was very helpful, I was told by Rachel that she had no authority to  authorize the information she gave me. Because Rachel went back on what another bank employee told me, I was required to pay an additional $50 in loan fees. This was unacceptable and the credit union should have held up to the information they gave me! Very Poor Customer Service...I'll be moving my remaining loans to a different lender.

This credit union has made mistake after mistake with bill pays and their service has been beyond poor. We will never come back!
