I find myself at WINGS at least once a week for the $10 wing days Wednesday and Sunday and every time I am very happy with the experience. They have such a variety of flavours to choose from, when the wings arrive at the table they look they would be used in a commercial, so crispy with the perfect amount of sauce. 10/10 Service is generally pretty good, depends on the time of day, They can get slammed. And when they are busy they open up their underground parking which is nice. If you are looking for an affordable delicious restaurant/sports bar, WINGS aid your place!
Really good chicken wings. Our server was great and on the ball. Didn't ever ask for refills she always made sure we had a drink at all times.
As a frequent customer of half price wing night on Sundays and Wednesdays, I must say that I wouldn't have thought this would be our last visit as a couple assuming we were getting half price wings. I do agree as a customer, maybe I should check online before leaving the house, and also, now you have to buy a beverage to qualify for the $10 special? We were forced to buy 2 pops that we didn't drink, we just wanted ice water with lemons. I have an extensive hospitality background and a common amd favorite phrase which is a great coaching tool.... "Would he be happy having that rusty bones bin on his table?" What happened to don't serve it if your not happy with it? That only tells me the level of overall cleanliness off the restaurant. Very disappointing for a well known branding.
The wings are to die for! Garlic parmesan and hot honey are very tasty. As for the customer service, it is very good, constantly checking in and ensuring customers have anything they need! My 3 and 4 year old daughters loved their Mac & Cheese... 1hr 15 minutes after they ordered it, of course. Drinks? Who needs those? Our table of 12 had a mandatory tip added so why serve us? As I smoked outside a lady from a nearby table asked us about our service and I had told her it "wasn't great". She responded: "I told my husband not to tip!". As opposed to the corporate chain jumping in to offer to 'make things right' on all these 1-3 star reviews, why not have better corporate oversight to ensure, at minimum, decent service? Wings, do better. The poor quality of the front-of-house staff aside from the hostess, ensure my family won't be returning to any of your locations under this brand despite good experiences at the locations in Burnaby, Coquitlam and Surrey.
Nice covered outdoor patio with comfortable chairs and excellent covid protocols in place right now. We went around 5:30 and we were out of there by 6:15, wings were good lots of choices, the fish and chicken tacos I had were pretty tasty and the Thai chicken bites were also nice. Great prices and friendly staff.
Visiting the area. My husband and I and my Mom went on Wednesday, $10 wings, and came during happy hour. Great service, friendly waiter, yummy wings honey garlic, salt n pepper, maple bourbon, and veggie sticks with dipping sauce. the garlic aioli is sooo good House wine for me, triple sec neat for Mom who is 94! and coffee for hubby the driver. Great atmosphere, great food, all around great time. And I'd wager that my Mom is the oldest customer to ever be served there! I recommend this place, and hope to come back soon.
Great wings but a bit expensive if you don't go on their wing days, which I believe is Wednesday and Sunday. The staff is very friendly. The parking lot is a bit crammed, so can be a hit or miss depending on how busy the restaurant is.
Service is very poor. Menu is very extensive and detailed, which is good. Food is commendable. But servers really need to up their game. Very slow and unenthusiastic about working. Update 2019: without commenting on the strange policy of beverage purchase with anything discounted.. the food this time wasn't great, but wasn't bad either. The sweet server seemed genuinely caring. I appreciate that. The East Meets West wings are saucey and spicy!
Wonderful atmosphere. Have very pleasant servers and hosts, shout out to our main server Ryan. Delicious food, cheap wings, great people! Thanks for having us!
