Papa John's Pizza

Good Pizza /Papadia , fast service. Usually order is ready 15 to 30 minutes. Nice extras with garlic sauce & pickled pepper. Pretty much a regular now as the food is consistently good and value is there with papa points and discounts.

The app doesn’t work and the phone doesn’t take my order. The flyer lies about the offers, prices, and discounts. Waste my time. Lie to me. “25% off your entire order! 25% off with minimum $40 order” Order Papa’s trio large $49.99 - NO 25% OFF! SCAMMERS!!!

Asked and paid for extra pepperoni's, pineapples and mushrooms. This is what I got....smh... I'm tired of over paying for products and then not getting what I asked for. Wasn't even hot after delivery. Which is understandable and acceptable if my pizza would have come the way I wanted.

Just tried to order pizza. They told me they only deliver within 5km yet my place is only 4.6km away. They tried to argue with me and tell me to send them a photo. When I told them I’ll send them a picture they said “no I don’t want it” then hung up on me. 1 minute later he calls me back and was super aggressive with me telling me to send him the photo. I said no I don’t want pizza and I’m going to leave a bad review. He changed his attitude really fast. Horrible customer service.

Extremely poor delivery experience. Tak was dreadful lowest quality service I've experienced in the food industry. When was unable to locate my wallet after a delivery driver DEMANDED tip he aggressively told me "order pick up next time", when I genuinely didn't understand I asked him again and said "pardon" and he replied the same thing firmer "order pick up next time" Called management - no offer to make it right just simply stated "we're sorry we'll talk to him". Typically ordered from them as thought quality of service was superior to domino's etc. He doesn't have to worry there won't be a next time. This employee should be dismissed if doesn't have adaquate service skills.

For a franchise that prides itself on “quality of ingredients” that is clearly not the case. The meat on these pizzas is of such a low quality that small pieces of bone was found in my beef or sausage, repeatedly. The “Canadian bacon” is also just cubed ham, very misleading and not what I was expecting. The staff here go above and beyond. The quality of ingredients will stop me from ordering from any Papa John’s again.

Had the vegetarian large on a thin crust. They made it in less than 10 minutes. Very pleasant staff and easy to engage in a bit of friendly chatter. We ate it in the store, seated at one of their comfortable bistro table/chairs arranged there

Medium pizza meat lovers lol 5 pieces of super thin pizza pepperoni, some chucks of ham. That's it. Whole pizza scam city. Meat lovers my rear-end. Shopping else where. Bye bye papa cardboard with no toppings

Great-tasting pizza, of course, its a kiosk-style front end, only 4 sit-downs to wait for pizza to be picked up. I suppose a person could eat there, but it'd be cramped.Food: 5/5
