Wing'n It

I really enjoyed our evening at Wing'n it. Caesars were good, beer on tap was refreshing. The real delight was the Wings! They have an unbelievable amount of selection for wing flavours, some very unique and interesting ones I cannot wait to try. They are cooked very nice & crispy. I absolutely love wings and love going out with friends to enjoy them so you can bet I'll be going back. Service was very attentive and made sure our visit was comfortable. I know where I'll be going when I have a wings & beer craving. Delicious.

NICE LOCATION, Mediocre Food. From the outside it looks more like a float plane terminal on the lake, rather than a restaurant. Poor signage for a visitor. Super view, comfortable seating. OK but informal and a bit forgetful service. Nice servers but maybe not well-trained. Wings dominate the menu but are very hard to order without extensive reading. Must be 150 choices with tricky names requiring further study before making a menu selection. Finally gave up and ordered something simple. Wings and fries dominate the menu but can not be called their 'Specialty' as they seem to be pretty much the same McCain-type fries and store-bought wings seen everywhere (a bit overcooked the 3 times I've been there).

-Update- As of November I have revisited this establishment, and was pleasantly surprised to see that all of the issues below had been addressed. I have updated my review score to reflect the positive changes. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Been here twice. The first time the food and service were good. The second time however was quite a different story. I'm not sure what happened between the beginning of July and the end of August, but what an unfortunate step in the wrong direction. 1. It took 10 minutes after being seated to have a waiter stop and ask us what we wanted to drink. 2. It took 45 minutes for 10 wings and a plate of nachos. The nachos were ice cold and stale. (my guess is they would have been sitting in the kitchen for over 10 minutes.) 3. We were never visited by a waiter for any type of service, other than to deliver the cold meal. I have no idea what your staff is doing, but clearly more training is necessary. They did not appear busy in any way either. Some were standing around, some were talking with other staff. Serving cold food, and having poor service are sure fire ways to destroy your business. I hope you can fix this. Due to our first visit, we will give you one more shot a few months from now, and if it hasn't drastically improved, we won't be back. But if it has, I will adjust this rating.

I have been to the restaurant 7 times since the first week of opening...things were a bit off to start with all the new staff just learning the ropes...this week was my most recent visit and things are completely on track...great food...great service...and the prices are pretty comparable to any of the other sit down restaurants...this isn't fast food...and the quality reflects that! Thanks Wing n' it! *Update...10 or more visits now...and the food is still delicious!

Save your money. There is better places to get food that is made with fresh ingredients, and isn't so high in price. $3.00 to switch fries for a GARDEN SALAD? That is ridiculous! I get crispy wings across the street, more of them, better service, a better price on their wing night AND it comes out still hot from the kitchen. I won't be back and I recommend to take you and your family somewhere else. Not to mention just to get sat was a nightmare. The drink service was the worst, what does it take to get a drink in there fast? I noticed most people sat without for awhile... There is better local businesses that I'd rather support.
