Placed order on Fri Dec 16th for wine to be delivered in Toronto region, before placing the order I called to confirm it would be delivered before Christmas. They confirmed it would be delivered on the following Tues or Wed. Receiving no updates, I called on the Tuesday and was told it would be delivered no later than Thursday. No updates provided, I called on the Thursday and was told the wine was not in stock showed as in stock on website and would not be delivered until AFTER Christmas on the Tuesday. No updates provided again, I called Tuesday AFTER Christmas and was told it is still not in stock. No updates again, I called the Thursday and told it is finally in stock, the place it was being delivered to was closed so I asked them to deliver on Jan 3rd. Jan 5th, no wine received by the recipients and no update provided by wineonline, I had no choice but to call again, this time I was told it was because the driver was on 'contract'. The wine was finally delivered on January 5th.
I’ve ordered from Wineonline four times thus far and have not been disappointed. The wines have always been exactly as described. My orders have always been delivered to my door in a timely manner. The packaging is phenomenal! The selection is excellent. Highly recommended. Thank you.
Wineonline is great! I've been using it for 2 years and have been introduced to many new, wonderful wines, often from houses that you won't find at the LCBO, because they are too small. Every day brings a new wine to ponder and ordering and delivery to our front door is easy.
Wineonline is a fabulous way to keep your wine rack/cellar stocked. We have been a customers since it's inception and have never looked back. No more going to the liquor store to get average wine. I have all the reviews at my fingertips and keep all my favorites at hand as as well. With the great selection of wines for any occasion or price point, awesome customer service and free delivery why would you get your wine from anywhere else. We have referred many friends.
We have been using Wineonline for 3 years or so. They have a very honest description of their offerings which we appreciate. On 2 occasions out of about 15 purchases we received a single corked bottle in a case of wine. On each occasion , credit was provided immediately. Delivery is always ontime. Some of our favorite wines are impossible to find, but these guys have them.
Highly recommend WineOnline for the quality of products and customer service they provide. The products are of great quality - often most cannot be found elsewhere - and I have found some great gems through this service. They carry wines in various price points from all around the world. Also, your order comes with a great service that if you don't like the wine, WineOnline will help to credit you for the wines you haven't opened.
How can you get better than a great selection of wines delivered right to your door! A wide variety of regions covered and various price ranges. Really great staff who also helped us out with a charitable donation. Highly recommended1
I've ordered from Wineonline about a dozen times since the pandemic started, and I'm very happy with the experience. The wines have been very good, the delivery to the door has been perfect, and the price is equivalent to the store. Online ordering is flawless. I have a wishlist which I monitor regularly. I've used the bonus points for free corkscrews, cookies and wine vinegar. The delivery boxes make returning empty bottles easy. Highly recommended.
Wine on Line has provided me and my husband and many friends with a wonderful experience of wine buying…at good prices…and taste enjoyment over the last few years. They are, in my experience, a wonderful Company at sourcing good wines, making them available to their clients and provide an Excellent Delivery Service. “If” you have a problem with their wines…. In Any Capacity …they are more than willing to address and rectify your concerns immediately….I highly recommend them, and suggest you try them. Amazing! Free delivery and tracked and delivery is without damage. 100% recommend WineonLine. They continue to have amazing wines and occasionally they have those wines you just need in your cellar.
