It used to be descent company and still has technical offering but guess lack or greed of management is fading it at pain of us, customers. there is no customer service, stay on-hold for more than hour to be cut, no reply to email while keep suggesting how they can easily add function to their system to reduce the load on their none existing customer service which is caused by their own short signed changes.

Very unpleasant customer care service. I would not recommend to anyone. . Used to be a good company , now something happened , company sold or who knows what. The customer service is probably in third world countries. You call them and you realise they are clueless, or careless , they are there just to fill out blanks.

Worst service ever. These people are scammers, watch out

This company has very stupid policies. I was using the prepaid billing method and when I didn't use it for a while, they emailed me and said I need to either recharge my account or I will loose my money. How stupid is that? I don't need it right now so why should I loos my money? Apparently that's how they make money.

No even 1 star. they are stealing your money. do not use their service.BE AWARE. Canada Government has to shutdown such this type of business.

I wish i could give 0 stars... garbage company, thieves kept charging my cc even after cancellation !!! never returned calls regarding the issues that I kept having.

very bad customer service! They promised a turn around time of 30 minutes for account activation after payment, which never happened!!!
