Excellent Customer Service, Very organized and Helpful I usually prefer to purchase items in person but I found Sell My Stuff Canada website very precise, trustfully and user friendly. Not only the website but also Cory and the team are very approachable, organized and accommodating which make a great difference compare to other online purchasing services. Due to my wonderful experience with Sell My Stuff Canada, I developed a pleasant habit of checking out the website regularly to catch good quality items with great prices.

I had a time sensitive downsizing. They didn’t get back to my phone calls within the suggested 48 hours. They emailed me back after several attempts to contact them. I was looking for information on having an online auction. I was told to provide pictures, and then when they finally responded told to look elsewhere. I did ask them for more information, as I may be moving, and want to understand the online auction option, and how I would be a candidate for this service. They never got back to me with any info.

I have purchased many high quality and unique items using their service. All at a fair price. The pick up process is very straight forward and staff always answer email/text/call in a very timely manner. Customer service is very accommodating as staff are always looking to help. I recommend these sales to all my friends and family. All experiences have been from Toronto / GTA sale locations Cory and Dan are the staff I’ve had interactions with.

As a buyer, I was disappointed. Item was listed as "EXCELLENT CONDITION" and a "real collectible", but came with an undisclosed chip and had small fasteners missing which does not look good on the bar cart, as there are just holes instead of where the fasteners should be all around the frame. The price was reasonable, but I think disclosing a full and transparent picture of the item being purchased is important.

The website is great, the images accurate, the payment was seamless and pick up was organized. There was a small issue with one item. I dealt with Cory regarding a content sale in my mothers home. He worked VERY hard to sell everything. We had an old baby grand piano that I just wanted to get rid of and not have to move out of the house on my own. He was very determined to sell it and it was not easy but he got it done!
