Baker Produce North

All I can say is wow. The 2 stars are because I’ve only ever had one other place were I had an even worse experience and Baker at least got me loaded within 3 hours. The check in clerk is quite rude, and doesn’t seem like he wants to be there most of the time. I got checked in, he said they would call when I can back into a door, sure it didn’t take too long, maybe an hour before they called. Then I backed into the door, took almost another 2 hours. Then I made it out of there, drove down the road to a Love’s to get scaled, and behold, I was loaded overweight on gross weight. I have a daycab so I can’t just crawl back into the sleeper and call it a day for now. I had to find a hotel and shutdown and unfortunately, baker closes at 5 so I had to wait until the morning to come back since I didn’t leave last night until 6. I return In the AM, with my scale ticket as they request on the check in window, and the check in clerk tries blaming me for being overweight and saying I moved the fifth wheel, or I did something that would cause me to be overweight and very rudely asked how much weight I need taken off. Basically shuts me down and blames it on me, and I was very calm, and courteous throughout the whole process and was never rude to him. I hope I don’t return here, it was not the most enjoyable experience.

I loved this place the people working here are very kind and fast

They load less that stated in BoLs, they won´t let you count pieces because of covid, understandable and they make you sign blindly accepting case count. I hope I never have to go there again, stay away! or don´t sign BoL.

6 hour wait for dock very very slow service. 0oo star

Been here since 7:45am it is now 11:45am still waiting on bills.

Fast loading as far as trucking but they over load you too much and the wait is long.

Very nice people they loaded. me very quickly.

Very quick loading in and out in 30 min

They close pretty early other than that no complaints
