My Mother of 84 years old was sent there from the nursing home. It was a cold winter day. When she got there , they were told her 8th tooth had a cavity from the nursing home dentist and she told the dentist at Wilson she felt pain in in tooth 9. They sent her back to the nursing home not fixed because she felt the pain in tooth 9. They are the most ignorant people to do that to an elderly woman sent out on such a freezing day. She also had a bridge needing adjustment and they did nothing because they said they didn't make it. So she was sent back to the nursing home with nothing done. My dentist will not even recommend anyone go there. They feel they are absolutely no good. Go anywhere but there.

WOW 20 min on hold and the lady was rude and snotty and hung up on me.you'd think if you'd work with people you'd have the common sense to be polite. I guess they lack the common sense.I've never like this place.rude people,dirty environment, just all around bad vibe from this place.but they are the only ones around that take my insurance and they still turn me down to see me.I've been 2 months sense my oral surgeon referal and still can't find one.I'd give less than a 1 star review but it doesn't allow that option.

I've had zero issues with them.So I don't get why people are sooo bitchy..The dentist I seen has changed her gloves few times in front of me..I was seen in 24 if I had an issue...It don't pay to be rude to them and think they'll squeeze you in asap. People don't need to act so ghetto. You have the right to pick where you guy..So instead of being all bitchy leave them. No one is making you stay as a patient people.

I should have known this might turn out scary when we drove in the ghetto. But hey, when I was a kid the BEST doctor in town was purposefully in the worst part of town to give people access who may not have. There were a few medicaid taxis in the parking lot, but still I was not disuaded. Then we went in. Dusty, dirty, and a lot of chairs. Chairs for lots of people. Some people were high, some were fine. Overall, I felt uneasy. Adults may not have anyone with them. I didn't use the restroom because I was scared. Nurses were yelling, drills can be heard loudly from the sitting area. It was scary. I got on Google to read reviews and the ratings seemed accurate. Sadly it is a medicaid mill and I felt insecure about being taken adavantage of for money. I grew up with a single mom. I had grew up for most of my kid life with medicaid. But never have I seen such a dirty, scary run down place. We left and my husband took his paper work too, because we were insecure about the safety of our information. It was bad vibes all around.

A week ago my son's tooth BROKE and he was in a lot of pain so I found this place was open on the weekend and it was an emergency so I got him in to be seen (they said it was fine that my mother brought him down as long as I wrote a note giving her my permission). They found 2 tiny cavaties(which they filled) but they didnt do anything about his broken tooth. And, a week later (surprise!) his broken tooth is still hurting him so I scheduled an emergency appointment for 8:30 am Monday morning because it was the soonest one they had but then I had to call back to reschedule but the the woman on the phone wouldnt work with me for a time that I could make it down there and she kept yelling over me as I was trying to talk and she kept saying that "the doctor recommended a root canal" and she wouldn't let up that my son was to get a root canal unless the next doctor he saw had a different opinion. She wouldn't help me reschedule so I told her just keep the 8:30 and I would try to figure a way to get him there to which she loudly explained with an attitude that They would drop him as a patient if he didnt make it to that appointment because they have a 24hour cancellation policy. I explained AGAIN that I would try to figure something out and that he would be there (she probably couldnt hear me the first time because of how loudly she was trying to talk over me!) we ended the call and wilson sent me a text CONFIRMING THE CANCELLATION OF MY SONS APPOINTMENT(omg, are you serious?!) so I wrote back to the automated message to tell them that i did NOT request to cancel his appointment and that they need to get some better customer service down there.... THE WOMAN ACTUALLY CALLED ME BACK to go over the whole coversation about the appoinment AGAIN! She commented on my text about their customer service and I said "well, you're yelling over me as I'm trying to talk and you're not listening to what I'm saying. I'm sorry, but that is NOT good customer service!" and then SHE HUNG UP ON ME! And at his EMERGENCY appointment this morning (that my mother took him to) they REFUSED to pull my son's tooth without my mother having custody papers that allow her to consent to it(??!) My son is still in pain and they are Absolutely the WORST most RIDICULOUS, and RUDEST dentist office I've ever had to deal with!
