I went once. And notice the dentist didn't change his gloves. When he entered the room he had on the same gloves, and proceeded to to put his hands in my mouth and he is very ruff... They don't care at all!.. I have all my teeth and are in excellent condition, i would like to keep them.. So i won't go there any more!

Not very happy with this dentist I only started going here because I had no choice I called to get an extraction and I go there today and they take me to get X-ray's and I asked the girl why I was getting X-rays and if I'm still getting my extraction she said we have to do X-ray's and an exam and the dentist will determine what to do I told her oh because I made it for an extraction because I can't eat and she says oh I understand but it's up to the dentist so we go in the room after and guess what he doesn't pull my tooth and I asked why they werent because that's what I called for and that's what it's in the computer as and she told me no it's in for an exam so I said I would like to talk to the person who made my appt to find out why she put it in as that when I told her I needed my tooth pulled that I can't eat and the girl even said on the phone when I made the appt. It's your top right tooth? That's before I said anything and the so called supervisor goes and I quote with attitude "well it wouldn't make a difference because I'm the supervisor and she has to talk to me anyway" as a patient I feel like I have the right to know what my appt. Is really for and they rush through everything what really gets me is they have on record my tooth needs to be pulled why would it change today? Not recommend for a dentist office.

The staff, as mentioned by previous reviews, is most assuredly overworked and underpaid. Dr. Sunny Pannu, although he may be qualified, has a rather dismissive bedside manner. He seems to either rush, or be rushed. I just went earlier this Friday(4-28-2017) for a wax denture try in, I didn't get listened to after repeatedly explaining there was severe pain and I was unhappy with them. The wax try-in appointment is supposed to be the time for you to get the first look at what your dentures will look like, but before your actual permanent ones, in case they need to do any adjustments before replacing the wax gum tissue with acrylic, or plastic, or, in some cases, a type of ceramic. The process wasn't explained to me, I had to start doing a ton of my own research to find out just how important yesterday's appointment was. You should even be given a moment or two alone with the wax ones to try and max some funny faces, etc, to REALLY make sure you like them, particularly if your emotions are running high, like mine where. It also helps to have a friend or loved one you trust there to also help you evaluate them, as they can see things you'll miss. I was ignored and rushed through. Not to mention the fact that my wife was also just starting the process for getting hers and she had essentially the same kind of dismissive treatment by D.D.S.(NOT a denturologist) Sunny Pannu. I am scheduled for an appointment on May 3rd, 2017, probably to try and be forced to just take them with no adjustments, nothing, etc. Well, I can tell you this. I will be contacting my insurance company, demanding that payment for that torrid office visit yesterday be canceled, and I will be seeking out my dentures elsewhere. At only 27 years old, a car accident caused me to lose my literal movie-star smile. I had had braces for 5 years as a kid, and always, ALWAYS took care of my teeth. I dealt with monthly abcesses and infections for years trying to save them, but it was to no avail, and I explained all this to the staff(the doctor would barely even respond to a 'Good morning!') but I feel like no one there listens or cares. Ironic, since their mission statement states: "At Binghamton Dental and Denture Clinic we live by this golden rule: treat each patient with the same compassion, understanding, and speed that we would want from a dentist's office." Well, they may have gotten the speed right, but that's about it; a dangerous recipe. DO NOT GO HERE!

I was first seen in 2010 and had all of my top teeth removed and a couple bottom, so needless to say I needed a full top denture and a partial on the bottom, I was very nervous being ive never seen dentures besides my grandmothers when I was very young! I was very pleased with my dentures. I just went back in April to have the rest of my bottom teeth removed and just had my wax try in appt, I was more than pleased with the color of the teeth and the denture as a whole. I go back in Monday morning to pick up my finished product and I couldnt be any happier and satisfied with my experience here. I know a couple of others that have gotten their dentures here and they are more than pleased as well. Thank you Binghamton dental !! As for the staff they seemed very nice and answered any questions I had..... I read the reviews here and was very scared to come back in April but im glad I did!!!
