Brandy Shattuck I belive her name is, she is absolutely in appropriately trash talking others while in the clock and even threatening individual via social media. Very unprofessional on her part

Absolutely rude service. They have inaccurate records for one and refuse old patients if they haven't been seen in a while calling them "new". They also break your visits into multiple sessions which is unnecessary. Cheryl, be nicer.

I am shocked at the low ratings. I am 64 years old and have lived in many different areas, consequently I have had many dentists; Dr McCarthy is without a doubt the best dentist I have ever had. She is very capable yet refers you out when need be, her work on me was very good, she is gentle and patient. I would send my grandchildren to her, knowing they would be in good hands.

Dr Hatala's office is WONDERFUL! The staff is just as amazing as Dr Hatala. I have been a patient for 7+ years and have never had a bad experience. They are not taking new patients at the moment, but keep trying.

Picks and choose’s who he want to work on and turns off the lights which made me very uncomfortable.

Horrible service the woman who answered the phone just said “ oh” when I told her my issue and about me calling the last two weeks leaving a message that I need desperate help for my teeth i told them I’m about to dig this tooth out myself

Dr McCarthy is no longer there
