I usually don’t write reviews unless something is standout or something that is disappointing in the customer service. Unfortunately, here it’s the latter. I was buying nonalcoholic drinks as a gift and I did get fantastic help and suggestions by a male at the store who the lady at the cash register pulled in to help me promptly. He was efficient and really helped me narrow down to what would make good gifts. Then came the part about getting it wrapped. The store was still open and the lady that could have done the wrapping for me her name started with an M, said her shift ended in 20 min. So I told her to give me the stuff and I could try to put the basket together myself. She literally threw things on the table, ribbons fell on the floor which she didn’t pick up, I had to. I had assumed she couldn’t help as she was busy with finishing things up, instead to my surprise, she just watched me struggle with this big basket and the wrapping etc and seemed to be enjoying the struggle. Anyone else would have lent a hand to help with the wrapping but she didn’t budge - watching the whole time when she could have been helping. It was just very pathetic customer service from this lady. She needs to learn how to help customers not sit on her high horse and stare vs help. Based on this - I will not be returning to this store. There are plenty others that know how to treat a customer and that know the meaning of customer service.

I was excited to place two online orders at Willow Park totalling around $1,400 during their Black Friday sale, including a 2021 limited-release wine that was advertised at a great price.nUnfortunately, the bottle that arrived was the 2022 vintage instead of the 2021. It took four attempts over several days before I received a call back. The staff explained that the website had incorrectly shown the 2021 bottle and price. The manager was polite and tried to help, but the options I was given were either to wait at home all day for a driver to pick up the wrong bottle and process a refund, or to simply keep the 2022 vintage at the price I paid for the 2021.nnFor context, the winery’s own website currently lists the 2022 at roughly half the price of the 2021. Willow park does not even list the 2022 bottle on their website for me to verify the price.nnI completely understand that mistakes happen, but I'm very disappointed. What was advertised as a 2021 limited release turned into an overpriced, unlisted 2022 with zero accountability.

Went in looking for a product I had tried at a golf course back in August that I've been trying to track down.nStaff were extremely helpful. What I was looking for was out of stock, but they offered to take my name and number and would call me when they received it. I received the call the next day.nThank you for such great customer service!

Went in to browse and came out more knowledgeable. Great service thruout as well as something great deals. The store definitely has a wide selection of items. Definitely something for everyone's taste.
