Dr. James J. Schlichtmann, MD

I had a previous primary care physician for 17 years that I thought was the greatest Doctor I had ever had. He was so busy with an over abundance of patients & helping out at the local hospital, it made it so hard to get an appointment with him. 6-8 weeks. I started seeing Dr. Schlichtmann 16 months ago, & I could not be happier with the outstanding care I receive from Dr. James Schlichtmann. He is unbelievably intelligent in so many areas, & ways that I am in total Awe of his skills not only as a physician, but as a human being. I am impressed beyond belief with how thoughrough Dr. Schlichtmann is when treating you with whatever medical issues you are experiencing, & he is the 1st Physician in my 59 years of life that personally calls me at home, & goes over, & explains every test result to me. In addition to this, Dr. Schlichtmann also sends a personal letter with your test results to you at home via the US Mail. Dr. Schlichtmann continues to do never ending reading, & research into medical procedures & treatments. Dr. Schlichtmann also has an Engineering degree that he acquired before his paths led him to pursue his degree & career as a Physician. I smile & chuckle to myself when I think about his story he told me as to how he wdecuded he wanted to go to Med School. Great story!! Speaking of stories, Dr. Schlichtmann w, with the help of his daughters writes educational children's books . Dr. Schlichtmann plays the guitar in his spare time, & enjoys old movies with Humphrey Bogart. I am very pleased & extremely happy to be in the care of Dr. Schlichtmann, & I highly recommend his medical expertise.
