From I-5 Exit 58 and just East of Gilbert Creek, our Grants Pass office is conveniently located just off the highway. Gilbert Creek Park is only a few blocks South of us. At our office, we are very passionate about our community! We practice evidence-based dentistry and believe in providing care for our patients that’s in their best interest. Our office is a family-friendly environment where we focus on compassion, integrity and honesty. It is our goal to be the Provider of Choice for our patients, as we practice preventive care.
Hours listed (PST) are for our Appointment Center.
Office hours can vary week to week but most offices have appointments available Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm with rotating Saturday appointments available as well.
Certified translation services, including auxiliary aides and services for members with disabilities, are available at no cost in all languages and American Sign Language upon request.
