SmileKeepers Grants Pass

Some of the staff is nice and some of them are NOT! I feel one of them in particular was completely out of line in her comments and opinions. This has happened on a couple of occasions now! I have been a patient with my kids for YEARS now and am saddened by the way my family/I was treated. :(

The front desk person Amanda needs some experience being in customer service.. There is a proper way to talk to people or potential customers.. She was stated to my minor Girl.. She said 3 times if you don't sign these papers than you cannot be seen.. Rather than saying these forms are necessary. I can reschedule your appt.. When her mother made the appt. All that was told to her is that they would need her insurance information. Amanda did not like that she did not have the card with her even though she had her ID # and name of the Insurance and her mothers employer. Then wanted Te minor to sign the financial responsibility form.. Then she told me why isn't her mother here.. I told her she had to work.. If she needed to be present maybe she should have been told that on the phone..

Pasting boiler-plate comments to negative reviews serves only to VALIDATE the FACT that staff is horrendous! Sadly, because so many patients are OHP, they don't give a crap!
