Erickson Dental Care is Dr. Mart Erickson and his daughter-in-law Dr. Rachel Erickson. Dr. Mart has practiced dentistry in the same location for over 34 years and is now teaching his tricks to Dr. Rachel! Dr. Rachel was recently awarded the Dental Implant Award from Oregon Health and Sciences University allowing her to attend the annual Implant Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona to study everything there is to know about dental implants. The team at Erickson Dental are always amazing. They are warm and inviting, as well as caring and friendly. You feel like you are part of their family. It is great to have dentists who go above and beyond to make your experience the best it can be. I have had work done by Dr. Sten, Dr. Rachel and Dr. Mart and you can tell they take pride in their work. They pay attention to every detail and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! Highly, highly recommend!

When I found Erickson Dental Care I felt as though I had hit the lottery. While visiting Grants Pass area, I encountered a dental emergency in the middle of the night. I researched dentists in the area and noticed the website of Erickson Dental Care looked the most professional. At 4am I left a message on their voice mail describing my problem. I was on their doorstep when they opened the next morning. They were prepared and more than happy to help me. They fixed my tooth perfectly and my bite was perfect. The Novocain injections were totally pain free. The dentist took it slow by giving me the Novocain in stages. After they had me all fixed up I happily headed to the desk to pay my bill. And wow, it was extremely reasonable! They did all of this for me knowing that I lived in NC and would not be a returning patient. They are talented and they are good people. I highly recommend this practice.

The dentists do quality work that lasts. The entire staff are warm and welcoming. The hygienists are instructive and supportive. They obtain pre-authorization from insurance companies for procedures and are very clear on cost and options. You feel like family when you walk into the office. I am very pleased with every aspect of their care.

Even though I needed to switch between dentists halfway through filling my cavities (6 cavities, 3 appointments) I found the whole process comfortable and sometimes even enjoyable. They made sure to take my anxiety into account and worked with me when I felt uncomfortable about a particular step in the treatment process. Double kudos to Melanie, who worked with me when setting up appointments, and made me feel welcome in a new place.

While working with Erikson Dental Care throughout the past year, I have to say, consistency and staff/scheduling (Melanie) have uncommon patience with me. Dr. Sten and his team continue to amaze me with their cutting edge knowledge, care and thankfully their sense of humor. I am humbled to be allowed to be under their care. Thank you Dr. Sten for understanding what it is that I am Uttering during procedures, which impresses me the most. Sincerely, Linda
