Wild Wing Boxgrove

Can’t expect too much from Wild Wings, but i will say the environment and service at this location wasn’t bad. My server Vans was awesome and she made sure we had everything we needed. The food on the other hand…kinda average. Breaded wings need to be extra saucy to take away from the texture. The portions also seem a bit small compared to usual wing spots. Overall mid.

It was the first time being at this Wild Wings location and I can say it was a very pleasant experience. The food came out very quick and the wings were cooked well and were very juicy. The owner was amazingly kind and friendly , offering us supreme customer service. Will be back again for sure! Thanks, Kenny

I bought wild crunch crispy chicken burger from the Markham Boxgrove location the burger was uncooked red inside and my 5 year old son had ate it 25% of it then only I noticed it and I have photos and video. My son is going get food poisoning due to this uncooked and unprofessional managed location. I had previous encounters with this location I had threw up eating the wings they must be held accountable. They must be using expired products, wild wings corporate should take back this location. They didn’t offer anything to correct the problem. Most arrogant customer service and management. Don’t go to this location stay away. Google should have a zero star rating.

One of the best wings I ever had and the fries also is my favourite perfect customer service, nice and friendly owners. Definitely recommended

Now this location is under new management. I just visited this Wednesday for dinner with my family. Food was really great and service was so quick too and the staff was so polite. They recommended me the flavours for the wings according to my taste and choices because i was so confused about it . The quality and quantity is awesome for the food. Now I would like to visit every week. The money I spent it it was so worthy

This location is the absolute worst I’ve ever been to. The food is obviously not made fresh when ordered. The food is made ahead of time and then served when ordered. It’s evident because the chicken wings were ice cold. Even the waitress tried one and could not explain why they were ice cold. She brought them back to the kitchen and they made a fresh batch. They’re not even busy so there was no excuse not to make fresh chicken wings when ordered. Chicken wings are literally the one thing you need to get right. The side poutine is just as bad. The gravy was so cold, it was still in a jelly state. Absolute waste of time and money. The waitress/service was great but it’s obvious the owner/kitchen are cutting corners. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I ordered hot chicken wings with regular fries and a chicken poutine. Firstly the chicken wings were dry i asked for hot sauce and it was so dry and didnot like the taste And the fries contained excess of seasoning so much of saltiness even very hard to eat The potuine was burnt and tasteless and very rare boneless chicken on top I called the guy and he said this is how we make i spend alot and everything was bad never gonna come here again

The server was very kind and friendly and the wings came very fresh. It was a big hit and I’m definitely craving wings again! Hopefully we’ll come back soon.

I spent over $50 for wings which were all over cooked, dried and no sauce on part of my wings. Contacted the store and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was no supervisor and that I would need to deal directly with the owner. I left my phone number and tried numerous times to get a hold of the owner and was totally ignored. It’s by far the worst experience that I have encountered with a food order. If l could rate them a Zero l would, l will never go there again! After reading your response I just wanted to add this note, Mrs Ritz I am fully aware of the process as I work for a Wild Wing franchise. Family, staff and friends were very surprised with your response for not taking responsibility and not offering to provide me with a refund for your staffs wrong doing, not interested in your offer for a single order of Gar par with fries attached with a time limit, this is not acceptable.

Great experience with delicious and fresh food. Very friendly staff.
