Church's Texas Chicken

3.5 * The customer service was great. The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful when I was indecisive on what I wanted. She suggested the Mexicana sandwich which I ended up getting. I was told the wait would be 5 minutes but it was 15 minutes. The sandwich was tasty and filling. The biscuits were yummy, I liked that it was sweet. The mashed potatoes though tasted like plastic and I couldn’t eat them. When I informed the lady at the counter that I did not enjoy the potatoes she did offer me something in replacement. Overall, I’d go back and try new menu items.

The first time we ordered from this location it was great. We always order the Mexican chicken sandwich and other items on the side. Second time it was okay. We just ordered again and for some reason the chicken pieces have been cut into half or thirds and rationed out between the two sandwiches. The sandwiches were so thin and no crunch obviously because the cruspy parts at the bottom and top of the chicken cutlet was cut off and only the center was served in the sandwiches so the crispy part was only at the rim of the chicken. It was weird. Will not order from this location again. Not serving the whole chicken as paid for is stealing. I feel like we paid for 2 combos and got 1 sandwich combined..

Worst classic chicken sandwich I've had!!! Wayyyyyy too much mayo see pic & I already ate a bunch. Either put lettuce in it or not... not table scraps. Bun, fried chicken, mayo & table scrap lettuce is all this is. Nothing refreshing added to it such as tomatoes or pickles. I feel sick now... yuck!Food: 1/5

Delicious fried chicken! Loved it, especially the spicy one. Pricing is reasonable and there’s seating available in store. It is also hand slaughtered halal, making it a good fried chicken choice for Muslims.

I ordered jalepeno bombers and they gave me fries. The chicken was pink and rubbery. Very disappointed after all the good reviews. Both my partner and I ended up really sick.

The chicken and honey buttermilk biscuit were one of the best I've had. Compared to other large fried chicken chains, Church's Chicken is one of the best. Staff are fast and friendly too. The fries and coleslaw were also very good.

Customer service is really good especially Ishika. I’ve never seen any of the workers get upset at the customers. Always patient and greet me with friendliness! The chicken is really good and I love the biscuits!

It is a nice big restaurant. i came here to pickup lunch, i found out they open at 11am. The restaurant is very clean. Thry have good deal for every day too. The staffs are very polite and friendly. They handle food in good manner. Nice parking area, i recommend this place for fried chicken.

Came here 2 times. The wait time is so long at this place. First time the chicken was cold. Didn't check until I got home.....wasted my money.... didn't understand why they made me wait so long to get cold chicken. Whole family got upset with me The 2nd time it was good But at these prices it better perfect everytime. There better not be any issues with my food at any visit if you're charging these prices Did I say the wait is always long here

Their biscuits are soft and light, and really complements their chicken that is very crispy on the outside but tender and juicy on the inside. The place was clean and neat when we visited on a Saturday lunch time - everyone was ordering take outs so there were plenty of seats available. It's a nice change from the greasy, dry fast food chicken you get from Popeye's.
