My husband and I haven't eaten bread in a few years, but the long-ferment process makes it possible for us to enjoy sourdough bread again. Delicious, fresh, great texture and perfect every time - AND no digestion issues!
Holy deliciousness Batman! I was thrilled to be told about Wild Phyllis Bakery by a Trader Joe's employee. My daughter is on a special diet and does not like gluten-free bread. This place has long fermented Sourdough breads and other baked goods. It's like finding gold. Love everything I bought so far.
I LOVE this place. Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. I have a bunch of dietary restrictions and was delighted to find they offer little bars and desserts that I can eat. The long fermented sourdough is delicious and doesn’t trigger a reaction. If you stop by on a day there is soup, do not pass it up. So good!
This is a little gourmet bakery! They make small batches to perfection and have limited hours. But when you score some goodies, they’re delightful! I’ve had the sourdough boule, the chocolate cruffin, and the cinnamon roll and they’re all amazing!! Made with love and care for your digestive system. Way to go ladies!!
This place is terrific ! Staff and owner are just the nicest folks . The Breads are amazing and I’m telling the Cinnamon Rolls are so delicious. Lots of other breads and treats to try as well . Place your order and splurge on the goodness .
Thursday thru Saturdays are days I look forward to because I get to start my day with one of Wild Phyllis's hand made sourdough scones. Each week they have new freshly picked fruits and berries. The flour is locally sourced. The sourdough gives everything a lift in taste. I am a huge fan!
Found out about this little place thru YouTube family vloggers who move here and someone brought them cruffins from here!!! We went and bought said cruffins and they were so good. I have to say the original tasted even better than the ham and cheese one and original anythings usually lack but this cruffin was heavenly!! The bread was tasty as well so aromatic and fresh!!! Coming back for the cruffins :
Before Wild Phyllis Bakery came onto the scene, I was a regular customer of another popular local bakery, but now I'm a convert! Not only do I prefer the taste and texture of their bread, but I also appreciate that they use high-quality, organic ingredients, and it's clear that their products are made with care and intention. I highly recommend giving them a try!
First time visit, grabbed a baguette, couple Oatmeal and cranberries cookies, and a fig salami. All very good! Especially them cookies! The young team there on Saturday afternoon were very gracious and courteous...
I just wanted to share my experience with this wonderful itsy bitsy bakery. I'm not sure of the experience the previous one star review had, although it seems they had none. I personally went to order something something from Amazon shopping just the other day and saw the item was sold out. Same thing occurred today as I went to purchase a new wallet. I didn't hop online and leave a single star review in an attempt to bring down the overall rating, or whatever the reviewer's intent was, I simply was disappointed and found something else that would do. As a customer of this itsy bitsy bakery i find the food to be fantastic. The service has always been amazing as well. To try and dismiss a place you have never visited simply over missing out on some amazing cinnamon buns for Christmas is simply not of the Christmas spirit. Perhaps, the spirit of Scrooge had momentarily overtaken the reviewer. Whatever the reason know this. The food is amazing. It is wonderful for those of us who are gluten sensitive, it a truly special bunch of people who work tirelessly in order to produce everything they can. It is a long ferment sourdough. So even if they worked around the clock they would not be able to speed up mother nature and make the process happen any faster. I hope and pray, in the spirit of Christ, that this reviewer is blessed with the opportunity to enjoy these delicious gifts from the Lord above. God bless you whoever you are. And may whatever demons you have in your heart find their way out and the spirit of light and love find its way in.
